My name is rajendra singh, i joined pacl india limied as an agent in 2005.
I joined over 100 customers for the company on my guarantee.
Now company not completing their agreement, and making fool that wait
For few days. Customers asking for their money from me.Now many months has been past like this,
But no result is coming down.Some people being more aggresive are:-

R/SIR/MADAM, I have inform you that I deposit a FD rs. 22500/- in pacl india ltd. my policy no. is U[protected]. this FD compelete 21/8/2013, I deposit all documents in co. branch office (hisar). but co. not give my payment early. when I asked branch manager and customer care centre, they say, " co. give you extra interest in delay cheq. but after 3 months co. give me cheq. but not give me any interest. in this way co. has fraud me. i am mantely disbured in this metter. so, i request you please give delay amount interest early.thanks shakuntla devi ph. Dear Sir, I am having two policies of PACL India Ltd.Policy No.U[protected] & U[protected] with name Shagufta Bee, both of these policies time period has been over in June 2013.All the formalities have been done by us.But till date 11.11.2013 I have not recieved my payment.Every time when we call them they tell us that payment will be given after two months.So please Sir I request you to solve this matter. I was investing 735 every month for 6 yrs i never missed a single emi. On the matuarity(26/09/2012) i submitted my certificate on 04/10/2012 i was informed within 45 days i will get my money today its almost 5 months whenever i go to the office to collect my cheque they always tell me next week.My share certificate registration no is U[protected]. I hope u take action against them as soon as possible and i can get my money back with interest as hey have made me wait me for more than 5 months, I m waiting for a positive response.

NOW THE NEW MANAGER OF PACL VADODARA DELCALRED ILLEGAL INFORAMATION THAT THEY WILL NOT GIVE THE COMMISSION TILL THE AGENT COMES TO THE OFFICE. I THINK IT IS NOT FAIR. MOREOVER THE AGENTS WHO ARE UNDER MY CHANNELS HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN THE COMMISSION THOUGH THEY WORK REGULARLY AND SUBMIT THE INSTALLMENTS REGULARLY. IT IS INJUSTICE TO THE AGENTS WHO LIVE IN RURAL AREA AND 250 KM FAR FROM VADODARA. I THINK YOU WILL TAKE PROPER STEPS URENTLY FOR US.

who one says that the company is fraud so its not believable, because i also the customer of pacl from last 17 years.why from 17 years? because the company is reliable, this company never breaks the trust of thier customers. I always profitable by investing my money with the Pacl.

if i asked my c s c manager he tolled that we can give junior"s commission vouchers without any id or not any junior permission.if he said like that , what can i do ?. pleas salvo my complaint.

Premium deposit

Initially have deposited my premium through agent. but premium for the year has not been deposited till date due to non available of agent. also i am not getting any office address to approach getting information. i am working in PACL last three year ago but i have no own my work .i am keen interested in this work and this company. Many person work in this company but they are work them self Min's only for earn money by company . i finish some mutation and many work in this company by the help of phalodi court .My father is a revenue advocate at phalodi .now a days many people sell company land so i want some power by company revenue board to stop them and do best work for PACL INDIA . Now i have no work direct from company

One of the PACL INSURANCE (PEARLS) Complaints company agent cheeted Rs. 50,000/- to her neighbour. Her name & address

they telling us that becoz of some rummer in july 2011 by news channel
some people oppti.g out their policy from company
thats why we deducted the amount from ur a/c
but before they do not tell us that
after one year they applied this conditions which is not described in term and condition
