Dear Sir, PACL India Limited called them selves as PEARLS whose registerd office is at Amber Tower Sansarchand Road Jaipur with coporate office is in Gopaldas Bhawan ,Barakhamba Road, New Delhi whose REGN no. is[protected] is the company who deals in collecting the money in the form of Reccuring Deposit and Fixed depost from Public saying that they will provide the plots against their investment or sum money will be refund to them after the completion of the tenure by means fo resale of the plots.
sir recently in Gwalior Districts, The Gwalior collectorate has put the banned on the compnay operation and seized their all bank accout saying that it is a chit fund company not register with RBI.
Sir kindly tell me is that my hard money is safe their or not.
I have invested in their plan No. 17 and term 5Y-6M With equated montly installments of Rs 1000 per month.

THERE IS NO ISSUE IN PACL COMPANY THERE IS SOME DISPUTS WITH GWALIAR DIST. COLLECTOR SO HE ORDERED TO CLOSE BUSSINES AND SIEZE ACCOUNTS.
COMPANY TAKEN ORDER FROM COURT AND BRANCH WILL OPEN AGAIN IN FEW DAYS, DURING THIS PERIODE IF CUSTOMER NEED HIS MATURITY IT WILL GIVEN BY ANY OTHER BRANCH OF PACL IN ALL OVER INDIA.

THIS COMPANY IS WORKING UNDER FINANCE MINISTRY,DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS,COMPANY EARLIER KNOWN WITH THE NAME OF PGF INDIA LIMITED WHICH IS CHANGED ITS NAME TO PACL INDIA LIMITED BECAUSE OF SOME COMPANY AND GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS COMPANY EARLIER NOT REGISTER FOR THE WORK OF REAL ESTATE SO COMPANY DECIDED TO TAKE NEW LICENSE FOR THE SAME WORK WITH NEW NAME, PGF CUSTOMERS ARE AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERRED IN PACL AND THEY HAVE TAKEN THEIR MATURITY AMOUNT FROM PACL BRANCH OFFICE.

If yes, how can I register myself Online in PACL (without needing any agent)? Q2) After maturity, whether I will be forced to take the Land only, or will I have the option of taking maturity value (money)? Q3) Can I deposit the Premium amount ONLINE in PACL? Q4) Why "Account Payee" cheque is not accepted by PACL Agents for depositing the premium amount? Q5) Whether the Land is alloted by PACL to its investors only in the areas like Pokhran (Rajasthan) or near Pakistan border? Q6) Whether the maturity amount will be tax-free as the agents claim? Sir, I recived cheque of Rs 1900/ from PACL INDIA LTD from Allahabad office but the name mentioned was TEHRA BEGUM BANU sorry to say that it is wrong and my name is only TEHRA BEGUM. I contact to Allahabad office but they say that it is mistake of head office and send it to Jaipur office. Then I send this cheque no. 44412 by registered post on dated 16/12/2010 to Jaipur PACL office at AMBER TOWER but sorry to say that there is no any response from this office. Sir I am village farmer and cannot know the procedure and rule, will u please try and give justice in this matter. Only name is to be change name is TEHRA BEGUM which is mentioned in my Bank account no. So do the needful at the earliest. Add - TEHRA BEGUM Village and Post - Handuor Dist- Pratapgarh.(U.P)

I, Vinod Kumar Verma, was working in PACL India Limited as Sr. Estate Executive (Code No. [protected]) from Nov 2005 to Dec 2009. During this tenure I was an outstanding performer. I have received various appreciation letters for my contribution for bringing an outstanding business for the organization. But in Dec 2009 because of some issues with my seniors they have blamed me that this person is involved in anti- Company activities & misguiding our premier field associates. On the basis of these false complaints company terminated me & refused to give my remaining remuneration/incentives. When I asked them to give an explanation why my incentive was blocked, then they said that as we have already sent you the notice for that disciplinary action taken against me . Which i didn't get at all. If they would have send my any such notice then they would surly be having my receiving. The incentive was of around Rs 50,000 + Rs 50,000 (ORC).

I want the justice. Could you help me out
