That sir, I have handed over a sum of Rs.6275/- on account of EMI of four customer to Mr. Mohan Bhai (Agent) a senior agent of PACL India Ltd. at CSC, Bhuj (Gujarat) during the month of June 2010, A written complaint was also lodged with In-Charge CSC, Bhuj but no response have been given either by CSC in-charge or any other official of the company.

Request look into the matter and arrange to refund the money to me or be deposited to the appropriate account of the customer.

Dear Sir, PACL India Limited called them selves as PEARLS whose registerd office is at Amber Tower Sansarchand Road Jaipur with coporate office is in Gopaldas Bhawan ,Barakhamba Road, New Delhi whose REGN no. is[protected] is the company who deals in collecting the money in the form of Reccuring Deposit and Fixed depost from Public saying that they will provide the plots against their investment or sum money will be refund to them after the completion of the tenure by means fo resale of the plots.
sir recently in Gwalior Districts, The Gwalior collectorate has put the banned on the compnay operation and seized their all bank accout saying that it is a chit fund company not register with RBI.
Sir kindly tell me is that my hard money is safe their or not.I have been invest my money in Shivpuri(M.P.)

I started two RDs in 2006 from your Gorakhpur branch ,one of RDs continued for mrethan 1.5 years and another continued for 2.5 years .One of my friend has also one RD continued for approx 3 years.In all three RDs maturiry is in 2012.

I am the policy holder of PACL India , i took this policy through my friend reference but now i had heard lot from media and other people that this PACL India is a fraud company. They are soon going to run away . So please provide me correct detail of the company so that if it is good company i will keep my policy continue with them or else i will withdraw my money.

hi its lakshmikant here i have invested almost 50thou. rs in this company named pacl in a scheme of 5 years in that u can take ur money back double or a plot. my friend hav told me who joined me in it about the plot papers that would be signed by me after 1 year but later he denied about this type of plot paper and only stayed on the money back garranty but now i think that my money would'nt come back. im too in a sheep hard, so folks mehememmmmmmemeeh

YRLY RS.7500/- I WENT TODAY IN THIER OFFICE AT LATUR TO PAY THE DUE AMOUNT. I MET THERE BRANCH MANAGER & I ASK THEM FEW QUERIES ABOUT PENALTY ON DUE AMOUNT, HE SAID THAT U HAVE TO PAY THE 19% PENALTY ON RS.7500/- YRLY & IN HIS SYSTEM IT SHOWS THAT RS.865/- & RS.860/- FOR BOTH PENDING AMOUNT. WHEN I ASKD THEM THAT ON WT BASE & RATE UR APPLYING THIS PENALTY ? HE SAID IT IS CO. NORM. I ASKD TO SHOW ME IN WRITTEN DOC. THEN HE DENIED TO SHOW ME THE DOC. THEN ALSO I WAS READY TO PAY THE DUE AMOUNT WITH 2 YRS AMOUNT. WHEN I WAS READY TO PAY BY CHEQUE TOTAL AMOUNT OF RS.31725/- THEN HE SAID THAT U CAN GO OUT OF MY CABINE, I TOLD HIM SIR WAIT I AM GIVING U THE CHEQUE OF SUCH AMOUNT. THEN I WILL GO, AGAIN HE SAID PLZ U GO. WE HAVE SOME OFFICIAL DISCUSSIONS WITH ANOTHER PERSON. AFTER THAT I CAME OUT FROM HIS CABINE WITHOUT PAYING THE AMOUNT.
IT MEANS HIS BEHAVIOUR WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT HIS CLIENT.
THEN I TOLD HIM THAT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT & REFUND ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

SO, KINDLY SUGGEST ME HOW CAN GET MY MONEY BACK ?

I applied for a recurring deposit scheme in a chit fund company named PACL INDIA LTD. CORPARATE OFFICE ,7TH FLOOR,GOPALDASS BHAWAN,28,BARAKHAMBA ROAD,NEW DELHI-110001 on 04/05/2007.that time i was told by the company that it is a recurring deposit scheme and after three years of complition u can withdraw without any penalty.yearly 8.5 % interest will be paid to you.but now after exposing company"s involvement in my scans ,i am worried for my investment,i went to company to reedem my investment,now they are telling that there is no provision to mature rd before maturity.many investor"s cheque have been bounsed by bank issued by the company.please protect my rights as a customer and a citizen of our democratic nation.this is my very hard rarning money.i want to tell u that my monthly income is 10000 Rs per month and i and my family is paying abouth 7000 pm installments in the different scheme of the company.Please help me.

THERE IS NO ISSUE IN PACL COMPANY THERE IS SOME DISPUTS WITH GWALIAR DIST. COLLECTOR SO HE ORDERED TO CLOSE BUSSINES AND SIEZE ACCOUNTS.

If yes, how can I register myself Online in PACL (without needing any agent)? Q2) After maturity, whether I will be forced to take the Land only, or will I have the option of taking maturity value (money)? Q3) Can I deposit the Premium amount ONLINE in PACL? Q4) Why "Account Payee" cheque is not accepted by PACL Agents for depositing the premium amount?
