          I Shivanna from Bommalapur, Gundlupet taluk, Chamarajanagar dist, Karnataka... was a pacl agent. I have collected monthly installments from about 25 investors. I have surrendered the pACL Bond certificates of all those investors as the maturation period was completed in 2014. Now the SEBI has taken the control over PACL, it has started the process of refunding from the last year. Since I surrendered the bond certificate to PACL office I haven't got the opportunity to claim the refund for those investors. So I humbly request you to guide me to proceed further to get the claim amount without certificate. But I possess all receipts of the paid amount.

            Dear sir,

            Am in the process of claiming the refund from pacl india limited company. For this they are asking me to check status of my policy in the below website address

            When i am trying to check pacl refund application status through this website
            But it gives a message

            "RECORD NOT FOUND !!!"

            I have attached the screen shot of the error which i got for your reference. Please have look on to this and i would request you to kindly provide me a solution for this issue.

                  Respected Sir/Madam,

                  PACL India Limited — registration number for refund not found in record

                  My registration number for PACL INDIA scheme is U[[protected]] of name Ratnaprabha Y Kadam, but after submission of registration no. as per certificate a message displayed of no such record found. But it is correct as per certificate of PACL registration, so please advise me how to refund my amount from the given site of SEBI. Hence tell me if another way to refund my money with in given timeline.

                  Kindly help letting me know the quickest resolution.

                    This is inform you that I had invest money in PACL vide Certificate no. U[protected]. In that name mismatching is appear in my application i.e. M. Ramya in certificate but bank account is in S Ramya.

                    After marriage it has changed as S Ramya. My bank account is S Ramya.

                    I request you to kindly transfer the amount to my account mentioned in application.
