I have submitted rs. 50, 000/- taken agreement for 10 years from pacl private ltd. Date from 05/06/209 to 05/06/2019. According to the agreement which is attached we will receive either rs. 1, 85, 335/- or plot 1000 sq. Yd.
But i have nothing received even when i contacted to office there were nothing response.

Dear sir/madam,

I am one of the pacl customer and my mother is a pacl agent, who had collected large amount of money and submitted to the pacl office in gorakhpur branch. As you know that we have lots of problem facing from our client's and it's untollerable. If in the future pacl is going to refund the money then all the nepalese people have following problem.

1) we do not have indian identity card like pan card, adhar card.
2) we do not have the indian bank account.

We are currently in the situation of everyday dieing with guilty, we are everyday fighting with our client's. It's our one the big mistake in our life which we had made unknowingly.

Please address this problem and nepalese people will be thankful for your help and co-ordination.

As per the recent updates the investors who invested nearly around 5000rs are getting refund. But when i am checking the status of the policies which are below 5000rs, its showing as "your application (Pacl certificate no. - u0xxxxx) could not be processed at this stage and you may await notification in this regard.

Please let us know when we will receive our money back....

U bluddy bugers what u have think about ur selfs u all r playing with people's life and there money shame on ur parts.
And shame on the the indian government and finance department and police departments (They r fit to be corruption officers)
This is the last warning from the people's side we know our toughs to lead life. So it's better to give the money soon to people's are the pacl limited peoples i'll face a serious issue r action rascals, scoundrel etc

But sir/madam what about the poor people who dont use internet?
What about their money
Even no message have been sent to the investor reg moble
Sir/madam kindy help us to come out from these situation
Poor people invest money but these company hy do they do that scam to the peoples
Im not complaining from my side im complining from the people who work da and night and invest money for thier future i came for them who are helpless who dont knw what is internet

Maine bhi 60, 000 rupees ka 2730 rupees per month ki 30 tharik ko jaama karta tha aur mere patti bhi ektha 50, 000 jama kiye the aur wo paise mere bacche ki padhai ke liye jama kiye tha magar wo paise wapaas nahi mile aur kisth bhi band ho gayi ye sara paisa 29/5/2019 may hi milna tha magar nahi mila

1 registration no. U[protected] dt 11/05/2010 s. No ag11b6004794-rs50000.00 and
2 registration no. U[protected] dt 11/05/2010 s. No ag11b6004795- rs 50, 000.00.
After the maturity date of 11/08/2015, the certificates were submitted for refund on 11/09/2015 to the pacl office no:434-435 above new india assurance, d. B road, r. S. Puram coimbatore pin 641002.
I have not received either land or the matured amount.
I request the the refund to be made.

Updated by muruganvin I received a call from consumer complaints from Mr Anil Chaudhary, for refund he said that can be done through only UPI not through Electronic mode or NEFT. For that, he sent an request to pay of Rs.1999 to him in UPI . due to some technical reason payment got denied.

It is correct method for following for refund.

Sir, i submitted some bonds of pacl india ltd in guwahati office. One bank cheque was also given for one bond but it was unsufficient of balance. It was submitted in guwahati office before the office was sealed. And handwritten tokens were given for other bonds. So i was unable to apply for refund of money before the time given. I put complaints many times over phone. But unfortunately still i have not got any result for this matter. So please kindly help in this regard and oblige me.

I deposited money in pacl. Before five months they announced that they were going to refund the money. We were asked to upload the document to receive our money. With more expectations, most of the people (Including me) did the procedure. Still we are awaiting but no result for that process. We don't know whether they will refund our money or not. Please we need the needful action. It is very hard to save money. Please help us to receive the amount
