I am unable to upload documents like, photo, pan, cancelled cheque. I hit the upload button, and then the cross appears. I have submitted 3 claims, now 5 are pending. Kindly help.
Last date of submission is 31st july and it started giving me problems. Tried to log out and login, it still doesn't work. I am following the same procedure i followed for other 3 claims that worked. Not sure what the issue is here. I am using google chrome.
Kindly assist.
PACL India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I've checked online, a lot of other customers are facing the same issue. This needs to be fixed as our hard-earned money is stuck. Personally, I still need to submit the claim applications for INR 87, 500.
Kindly help as lakhs of other PACL customers are also stuck.
