Hello sir my complain about an issue with uploadind the documant reciept and certificates, i have done registration process and log in account and completed 2 step of the pacl india site also. But in 3 step i am unable to uploading a documents, receipt and certificates. So i request yoi sir to solve the problem as soon as possible beacause the dead line is 31 july otherwise increase the deadline of this site.
PACL India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Same thing happened with me from Saturday night and no one receiving call while calling to pacl helpdesk number [protected].
Respective team, please do the needful with immediate effect or else extend the deadline.

    I am unable to upload documents like, photo, pan, cancelled cheque. I hit the upload button, and then the cross appears. I have submitted almost 110 claims, now 5 are pending. Kindly help.

    Last date of submission is 31st july and it started giving me problems. Tried to log out and login, it still doesn't work. I am following the same procedure i followed for other 110 claims that worked. Not sure what the issue is here. I am using google chrome.

    Kindly assist.

      Hi,
      Kindly help to close below issues
      1. I have added 32 nos of receipts out of 59, now i cant able to upload 33 receipt. While uploading receipts i'm getting error such as "error while saving data"

      2. Another application even i cant able to add photography, pan card, bank details.

      Please give solution for above issues.

        It seems there is some issue on website... Pls request you to look into the same and make the website working properly as there would be some many people filling the form for the refund...

        If the process to apply for the refund is online then you guys would have taken...

          Greetings Sir,

          This is to inform you that from day before Yesterday evening(July 27, 2019) onward I get to found error While Uploading the mandatory documents due to which work is being pending for further proceed, actually when I used to get upload the document a message is being appears that document details is updated successfully instead of document uploaded successfully for which the documents is not get highlighted tick with green check. So at last I requested you to please do the needful at your earliest .

            error message while logging in

            While claiming the refund in pacl, even after the registration in pacl website, while logging in https://www.sebipaclrefund.co.in/account/login... it says - please register pacl number, but system even doesn't allows again to register as it says "no pacl number found in our records", as am unable to login due to this issue, i cant claim my refund, kindly rectify at the earliest.

            I have registered but couldn't login....

              Hello, two days back the website opened but the documents were not getting uploaded. Today is the last day for refund application submissions as per SEBI and now the website is not opening. I've tried everything and checked with many other PACL customers, they are also facing the same problem.

              I've checked online, a lot of other customers are facing the same issue. This needs to be fixed as our hard-earned money is stuck. Personally, I still need to submit the claim applications for INR 87, 500.

              Kindly help as lakhs of other PACL customers are also stuck.

                Hi,
                1) i logged in into pacl, filled personal details, bank detail ad document detail.
                While uploading pacl certificate and receipts details getting error "error while saving data"

                2) 2nd issue, unable to uploading documents like photography, pan card and cancel cheque.

                Kindly look into above issue and help!!!

                Do you have any idea on this. Even I could not upload the documents in the step 3. Please advise if you have any insights on this as soon as possible.

                  My registration on sebipaclrefund.co.in is already done by someone. Now i am try to login but it requires password, but i have no password. When i click on forgot password, it requires mobile number used at the time of registration which is also missing because i don't know who did registration.
                  I want to know how i reset my mobile number so that i can get otp and can change my password. Please solve my issue? What i have to do

                    I am unable to upload photo, cheque & pan on the portal all my photos are as per the requirements of size colour and dpi, kindly suggest a solution its already[protected]st being the last date.

                    Trying it from many days its high time now.

                    Please get the testing done for the portal done before putting such tight deadlines, neither there is an alternative offline method to contact or submit the details.

                    Kindly get it solved asap.

                      In the sebipaclrefund website after filling the basic information when i am uploading the documents like pan, photograph etc they are not getting uploaded no error message is also showing. Please look into the issue as the last date of submission is 31st july, 2019 (Extended from 30th april). If there is no other way to submit the claims you people should launch the website with proper testing so that common people do not get harassed.

                        Sir, i am trying to register on sebi site but while doing so i receive error message continuously saying. This pacl no. Does not exist. The last date is 31st july, 2019. I already sent email and all the scanned documents to the email address, but no response so far.

                        My pacl registration nos are u[protected] and u[protected]. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com.

                        Please resolve this problem as early as possible.

                            I am writing to you regarding my pacl registration. Actually i registered pacl refund through sebi website. But unfortunately something went wrong. I just upload my recipt only. And clicked the final submit. Due to some misunderstanding i only upload the recipt nd forget to upload the pacl bond. Now what do i do. It would be great help if i can login again and do necessary corrections in the registration. Please do something for this sir.

                            I, therefore request you to please extend the last date of pacl refund registration and give us the option for correction in registration.

                            I shall be highly obliged to your act of kindness.

                              I made registration for a pacl account, but i cant login to it. It is showing that the password is incorrect. So i clicked to the option of 'forgotten password
                              '. But even after given the registered mobile number, it is showing that it is invalid. But i am sure about the number given while registration. So requesting you to recommend a best option to be followed in next step. Tell me the option for either re registration or the step to follow if both password and mobile is forgotten. Looking forward for your reply.

                                While filing my claim on "www.sebipaclrefund.co.in" portal i received a message “this pacl number does not exist as per our records". Therefore, as per their instructions in faqs i submitted my claim through email and sent them email thrice to"[protected]@sebi.gov.in" on[protected],[protected] and[protected] respectively. But i have not received any confirmation whether they have considered my case or not.

                                I have already registered myself at the pacl website but still I am unable to log in and complete my documentation process. Now I am getting an error "please register this pacl number" when I have already registered myself.

                                  I am lodging this complaint on behalf of my mother, mrs nilima dutta who have a policy in pacl india limited. While registering for refund, it was showing that the pacl number does not exist in record. I just need to know how to resolve this problem. I have many people complaining about the same to you, but sadly this problem was not solved. So stop this kind of things and solve the problem. The sole purpose of the website is to provide refund but its funny how you people are making fools of people. When some one opens a policy, there are dreams and plans behind it, but unfortunately it seems your company don't care about it. Sorry to say i have zero expectancy that you will resolve this problem and people will get refund. If you have the slightest courtesy towards your customers reply in the below email address with a solution. We just need our money back, that we deposited in your company.

                                    I have completed the pacl refund till step 3 but when i saw step 4 i don't have all receipt with me. I have only 2. Totally we done 28 payments. The pacl registration number is u[protected]. The name is madhusundanan m g. Please let me know what to do. We was having an agent who always used to pay amount in pacl office but now he passed away and he didn't give us all the receipt. And another agent send pacl bond to pacl head office. So please help us sir.
