I have been trying to upload my documents for over 2 months now and the website is not working. The tab where I have to upload the certificate and receipt details does not seem to be functioning and I have not been able to upload the documents. I am not able to find any information on the website for help or customer care. I had sent an email to [protected]@sebi.gov.in but it was never answered. I just want to upload the documents and be done with it.

My pacl agent (Kishan lal, agency code: [protected]) took my pacl certificate on the pretext of submitting the document for claim. However, he went absconding after a few days and i don't have my certificate now.

I do have a number of pacl receipts to confirm my ownership of the policy. The online portal (Sebi pacl refund) is not allowing me to submit my claim without my pacl certificate. Please advise what to do?

I have already submitted all the respective document to my pacl agent. Now i dont have any certificate or its xerox. I just have policy registration number. Can you help me in this case.

So now i have have to sumbit my claim as per sebi guidelines. And for this submission pacl certificate is required, so that i will be able to uplaod all required doc. And sumbit my claim.

Hi sir. ...am Prema.K from Udupi Karnataka.i have not registered my pacl number...but when I went to register my pacl in March..it was showing already registered message. I called customer care also but they are saying that is error message ...I have to send mail to nodal officer & I have sent mail to nodal officer with attached scan copy of pacl bond so many time ...but I have not received any reply. Please reply me to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com.

My registration on sebipaclrefund.co.in is already done by someone. Now i am try to login but it requires password, but i have no password. When i click on forgot password, it requires mobile number used at the time of registration which is also missing because i don't know who did registration.
I want to know how i reset my mobile number so that i can get otp and can change my password. Please solve my issue? What i have to do?

I am Nelli Clodia Noronha. I have given my pacl certificate and also first and last receipts to pacl office. To get refund but now i company is also closed and also didn't get refund so, can someone provide me my pacl certificates softcopies on my daughters yahoo email id, [protected]@yahoo.com

I am writing this on the behalf of my father and would like to tell you that we are facing problem doing registration because whenever we try to do registration it do not recognize our pacl number and shows like 'this pacl number do not exist according to our record', we have done complaints many many times and have spoken to customer care but our problem is still not solved since many days but no reply is given so please do the needful and reply as soon as possible.

Pacl bond bearing sl. no-u[protected]. issued on[protected]. The subject bond was held on The name smt Amarjeet Kaur.
Issued by pacl Office near Improvement trust barnala, scf-24.

the bond is missing now, and i want to apply for refund of my amount.

My name Komal Bamne, Registration No. U[protected], DOC - 24/01/2010 and plan & term - 030 & 6 Y. Due to non availability of my main certificate I can't complete my online final submit. As I lost my main certificate, only have all PACL receipts and multiple time I call in helpdesk past one month but no answer only ringing.

Its my humble request you to please refund my money, its invested for higher education.

Please find all the relevant document for refund i.e Photo, PAN, Bank Passbok, and PACL receipts and please do the needful.

I have already submitted the complaint since no reply has been provided by you. Pc lic jeevan bima yojana karwi gayi thi agent se baat karne agent gaali de raha hai company se kahin santosh nahin ho rahe hain company mein baat ki 31 december ka naam le rahe hain 8 saal ho gaye paanch saal ki jeevan bima yojana thi beech mein bimari mein bhi mil nahi uski policy thi bimar bhi hui lekin uske baad bhi nahi mila kuch koi suni nahi ho rahi hai...

RESPECTED SIR/MA'AM, I, BIMLA DEVI, want to complaint in Pacl INDIA.WE gave 10, 000 on 14, 01, 2011 to get it refunded but we have not get it yet. WE TRIED TO REGISTER IN THE WEBSITE BUT THERE WAS NO RECORD OF OUR CERTIFICATE. PLEASE WE ARE KINDLY REQUESTING., we want to get our money refunded.PLEASE TELL HOW TO GET OUR MONEY REFUNDED.IT HAS BEEN 8 YEARS SINCE OUR MONEY HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED.

I'm writing this on behalf of my father (S. Rathnakara acharya] who was an investor of pacl, registration number u[protected]. We have once registered and submitted the claim form. But today it is showing an error that is -"this pacl number does not exists as per our records".
We have the pacl registration certificate & some of the bills received for the installments paid with us.
