I'm writing this on behalf of my mother (Smt. Sarita yadav). We have seen the public notice through sebi website that sebi is accepting the refund/claim applications from the investors of pacl ltd. When we tried to register for the refund through the portal http://sebipaclrefund.co.in/, it is showing an error that is -"this pacl number does not exists as per our records". We are unable to register our-self in the mentioned portal. We are so much disappointed by this. When we tried registering for them as well, for the 90% of the customers the registration was successful but for rest of them we are unable to register, since we are facing the same problem ("this pacl number does not exists as per our records".)

      I already registered on the sebi refund website and now when i amm logging in it shows that, "please first register with your bond number"
      And now when i am registering again, "it shows that the 'registration no. Does not exist as per our records'.
      Even the actual investor has been deceased and the bond of the same is lost.
      But the receipts of the installment payment are there.

      Please revert back as the deadline for refund is nearing quickly.

      Complaint for i had submitted my document in 2015 and against this i had got one receipt by pacl.company .but i have lost taht receipt .could you tell me how can i get copy of that receipt at pacl site. that receipt i have lost that got me against submitted policy bond and receipt .do you have any site wheather where i can get copy of that receipt

          I'm writing this on behalf of my uncle (Khublal gupta) who was an investor of pacl. We have seen the public notice through sebi website that sebi is accepting the refund/claim applications from the investors of pacl ltd. When we tried to register for the refund through the portal http://sebipaclrefund.co.in/, it is showing an error that is -"this pacl number does not exists as per our records". We are unable to register our-self in the mentioned portal. We are so much disappointed by this.
          We have the pacl registration certificate (Pacl bond) and some of the bills received for the installments paid with us and also some other corresponding aforeside documents, which we have mail to [protected]@sebi.gov.in.
          We want to know the possibility of our refund and how long it is going to take?

                Dear sir,

                I am varun and would like to address the error in uploading the pacl certificate and receipt. When i upload the certificate and receipt in the system
                After entering the receipt number and receipt date, the date is automatically changes 1 day before what has been entered. For example, my first receipt date is 9th jan 2012 and and when it finishes to upload the date changes to 8th jan 2012.

                Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

                          Some people do not understand your language. They are from kerala. Please said in malayalam. Your language do not understand to kerala peoples. Please solve this probelm. More people have sent all document in colour scan. Have problem hence in this scan? We saw in site video play in colour. Bond and receipt. Then, we saw in site model bond and receipt. That is in colour. If need black and white, you should saw in black and white model copies in sebi website. Video, this in in colour.                             This company had taken all the money. And they are very irresponsible for their refund process. Their sites are not working properly and they are showing errors here and there for no reason. The site shows so many errors when we go for log in for no reason. They show invalid captcha even we had entered true captcha plese help me out of these fraud.

                                This is sansaro devi, i have already submitted the policy details at pacl near kali mata mandir, main bazar talwara, pin code-144216, distt. - hoshiarpur, punjab. I have only the acknowledgement given by the pacl above mentioned office. I dont have bond certificate and dont have even the xerox copy of that. All my policies applied at above branch are fully paid. How i can go through with the acknowledgement? / is there any possibility to get the duplicate bond certificates for the following registration number
