Hi,

I have 3 pacl acknowledgment of pacl amounting 50000/- each.

As i submitted the certificate i got the only acknowledgment and no pacl receipt despite several visits to pacl andheri office. On the claim website, we don't have upload option for acknowledgment.

I request you to please provide me receipt no for below details.

I lost my pacl certificate. After informing in the offc they make a court affidavit and gave us a acknowledgement receipt. Now i have no pacl certificate with receipt num. I tried to contact their care num but it shows always busy. What to do? Please help me as soon as possible. I submitted 12 receipts i have. Please help me as soon as possible for which i can clame my amount.

I registered my pacl no. And when i am trying to login it is showing register the pacl number. What's this.. Trying to contact the help care number and customer care no. Both numbers are unreachable. If you guys are trying to help us, please try to help us in better way. Its very frustrating. Try to keep good servers. Help me out. How to resolve this issue. And i am damn sure that you guys won't reply to my complaint. But still expecting a help from you.

When i am trying to apply pacl refund application through this website
But it gives a message

"this registration number does not exist in our records."

Hi sir/madam

This is gangappa, i have already submitted the policy details at pacl. I have only the acknowledgement given by the pacl above mentioned office. I dont have bond certificate and dont have even the xerox copy of that. All my policies applied at above branch are fully paid. How i can go through with the acknowledgement? / is there any possibility to get the duplicate bond certificates for the following registration numbers
Please resolve me the problem

I am writing on befalf of my mother (Mrs asmath haneefa, w/o late mr p p haneefa, ponnakkal house manathala beach p. O chavakkad) who have been an investor of pacl from 2010. We have been trying to get the refund of the policy after seeing the notice through sebi website that sebi is accepting the refund/claims applications from the investors of pacl india ltd. We have been trying to register for the same tgrough the website portal
http://sebipaclrefund.co.in and it was nkt generating otp for some reason and after trying for a long time we got the notification error showing "this pacl registration number does not exist as per our records"
We have the pacl registration certificates (Bonds) and some of the bills of installments
Please give us a prompt reply to resolve this issue quickly as the last date for submitting the documents through the portal is said to be the end of this month

Urgent, need help to solve this problem. I am trying register my PACL refund account online in https://www.sebipaclrefund.co.in/account/register. But it shows me a message indicating 'This PACL number does not exist in our records'. What should I do? How can I claim my refund amount without registering online. The last date for applying refund is April 30th, 2019.Kindly help me out as soon as possible.Thanks in advance.

My registration on sebipaclrefund.co.in is already done by someone. Now i am try to login but it requires password, but i have no password. When i click on forgot password, it requires mobile number used at the time of registration which is also missing because i don't know who did registration.
I want to know how i reset my mobile number so that i can get otp and can change my password. Please solve my issue? What i have to do?

I have sucessfully registered on paclrefund website with my 2 claiming amounts but know when i am tring to login my account on both registration no. It says registraion no. Doesnot exist as per our records. How this can be true if i have already registered on website. Please fix your website.

While claiming the refund in pacl, even after the registration in pacl website, while logging in https://www.sebipaclrefund.co.in/account/login... it says - please register pacl number, but system even doesn't allows again to register as it says "no pacl number found in our records", as am unable to login due to this issue, i cant claim refund, i am helps to following candidates. kindly rectify at the earliest.
