Dear pacl team,
I registered initially with registration number by generate otp and set the password and also filled upto step3 details in online form.
My current session got disconnected, now when i try to login with password, it's coming as "please register the pacl number".
Could you please help to look into the issue and resolve asap.

    Sir first i entered pacl registration certificate no. Second re-entered lastly captcha and mobile no. But i did not receive otp when i did not receive otp i tried 3 times per 20 minutes even i did not receive otp next day when i did same procedure it was showing "pacl registration number mismatch" in red colour, how to get registration firstly pl guide me.

    I have already created an account in pacl to claim my refund.but when i tried to login, the site said to register the number.itried to register it again, but then it shows that the registration number doesnot exists as per their records.

      I have bond paper bt all payment reciept is not there bt last payment reciept is there if i can uploaded the reciept it showing error why yu want all the reciept, if i join the policy agent told that last payment reciept we want bt nw you are tell yu want all payment reciept.       My policy got matured after a term of 6years on 24jan 2015.there is no hope that my policy matured amount i will receive as already 4years wait is over. the company has befooled innocent people.

      The Supreme Court has directed PACL to refund the investors money through sebi by online method . While trying to register for refund it is showing already registered and sometimes showing as no records found . But we are having our solid evidence in this regard.

        Sir i have paid the money till 5 years promptly. The bond is already submitted by our agent with 2 bonds in this process the agent had involved so many people after pack was blocked he committed suicide, he and his mother was opted this business now i have xerox copy of my bond how can i get refund

          When i login for pacl refund online link. The server is too slow. It takes 5 - 10 mins for loading for the next page. After uploading the pan proof, bank account certificate, photo its unable to view the documents though they are less than 300kb. When uploading the pacl certificate and receipts it takes much time for single recipient to upload. While uploading 2 to 3 recipients the page logout and says something wrong. I have got 54 recipients to be uploaded. But am facing the same issue for the past one month.

          I want to claim the refund from PACL.

          I've registered successfully, but when i enter the user name and password it says incorrect user name and password. When i reset the password, I'm getting the error message as "Oops something wrong, pls click here" but nothing works. I've tried 10 different times and nothing works.

              Actually the mobile number provided at the time of the registration of policy has been blocked and the new mobile number recently being used is [protected].

                  1. Till date i have 46 receipts of pacl. Should we upload all the 46 receipts in refund form or any one receipt is enough. Please let us know.

                  2.in case, we have already submitted the refund form with only one receipt, whats is the alternative method to submit the remaining receipts.

                  3. One of our members lost the pacl bond and receipt.in such case how can we apply for the refund amount.

                              I had registered my certificate numbers (Three). And, it was successful. But, when i was trying to login now to upload documents, it is not working.

When i am trying to fill registration form for refund in sebipaclrefund.co.in, as i request for otp a message occur as "this pacl does not exist as per our records". Please provide a solution for this issue as the last date for registration is april 30/2019.
