Hi,

I am filing refund claim application for the year 2019 and i have trouble in updating the bank name in step 2. I have entered my ifsc code. Back name either should be populated automatically based on ifsc code or the field should be editable. But either of the option is not available. This is hindering the entire process. Please help me to resolve the issue at the earliest since we have only a month left to file for refund....

When i'm trying to fill my registration in sebipaclrefund.co than a message pop ups as registration number is not exists as per pacl records. Please provide me my correct registration number as per pacl records. My first receipt no: f2741597. Please send it to my email id [protected]@gmail.com as soon as possible as the last date is april 30th 2019....

I am facing very weird problems while filling pacl refund on sebi site:
1.in spite of creating the user id, today it site says that either your pacl number is not in records or please register this number.

2. The system is neither allowing to generate new password nor allowing any new registration.

3. I am unable to view uploaded documents.

Please help as this for mothers hard earned money....

I have already filled and saved my application till stage 3. Now on trying to log in again, it shows please register. On trying to register, it shows your number doesn't exist with pacl. Is this some kind of a joke? You are trying to mentally harass people like this. Very poorly developed site... Taking so much time in uploading just one document as if it is waiting for 30 april to come.

I made registration for a pacl account, but i cant login to it. It is showing that the password is incorrect. So i clicked to the option of 'forgotten password
'. But even after given the registered mobile number, it is showing that it is invalid. But i am sure about the number given while registration. So requesting you to recommend a best option to be followed in next step. Tell me the option for either re registration or the step...

I have been uploading the required documents for refund process. The pacl refund site is not working as expected. We are not able to view the uploaded documents and unable to upload receipts in last section. We could upload only certificate. Please guide though this. Also please confirm is it ok if we upload only certificate in portal???

I can't receive otp for my mobile no i waited 1 day after next if i go to enter pacl certificate registration number it was showing "pacl certificate registration number mismatch" how to solve this. I hope you will do the needful and oblige and please help me in this regard.

during day time and night time PACL refund site is not working properly i dont know what is the reason can you resolve it quickly just tell me what is the reason for this condition is there any ony other website available for refund processing site which browser is best for PACL refund site I need brief explanation about this problem this is the third time i am experiencing the same problem but this timee its worse than the other...

1. At the step of registration the registration number is continuously getting failed although my registration number is completely correct.
2. Sometimes a server of website is completely low due to this costumer is not allowed for any activity and sometimes when server is good or luckily website opens then the speed is very poor in this particular website. I had faced this problem very often times.
Please solve on of this...

With regard, to the above my mother sarojini has surrendered policy documents on 31.10.2014 to the pacl office mangalore and got buy back acknowledgement number cz[protected]. Last week we came know about online submission of application for refund money and my mom told she has already surrendered policy documents in 2014 itsef. Hence i request you to please guide us on getting money back to her.

I have submitted my refund application on last month but i have not attached the full amount receipts at the time of refund registration because i don't know need to submit the full receipts.
