Refund has not done

Respected sir and madam, I had applied for refund and i got acknowledge number but i didn't got SMS on registered mob no and still not got refund the status showing like ''total claim amount against your PAN is more than the amount being considered at this stage for the refund'' im not getting what should have to do plz help me to get out of this problem...

Refund problem pacl

Sir my name is Vipin P .I had joined in an investment scheme in PACL India limited companyvide registration no. U[protected]. Its expiry date was 25.03.2015.After expiry of the scheme I had submitted refund request. But till date amount not credited in my account. So please do needful . Very urgent. Claimed amount se kam amount refund hone ki complaint

Dear sir my name is ASHISH GUPTA and my PACL certificate no is U[protected].
My claimed amount is Rs.11520.
But refunded amount only Rs. 7680.

while i upload 9 receipt of Rs. 1280 amount that is total=1280*9=Rs.11520.
Please check and refund me my balance amount= Rs.[protected]=3840.)

Please sir check isshu and process my balance amount Rs.3840.
