maine apni policiyo ka onlin karwa diya tha jiska payment 10000 rs. Avam 10000rs. Se kam hai lekin mera payment abhi tak nahi aaya hai aur na hi apdate ka option aa raha hai.
Jabki sebi ke dwara 15000/- tak ki payment proses ho chuki hai.
Meri policiyo ko abhi tak check hi nahi kiya gaya hai.
Status chack karne par dikh raha hai ki
aapake pain ke khilaaph kul daava raashi is charan mein dhanavaapasee ke lie vichaar kee ja rahee raashi se adhik hai.
Jabki meri policiyo ka payment 10000/- avam is se kam hai.
Plese batane ki krapa karen

I have invest money in pacl india .and suddenly company ramp doen and my mnoey was stuck i reuest to company many time to refund my money kindly refufund my money as i am belong from middle clas family please help and refund my money .

I had invested Rs.3750 in PACL. I got refund of Rs. 2500 only . This amount is less than amount invested .

Dear sir,
I am R.AATHITHIYAN - U[protected]. Monthly invested amount Rs.160/per month. I started investment on Dated.07/10/2011 and End date of Investment as per PACL certificate 07/04/2017 But i paid early on dated.07/07/2014 receipt attached below. Total investment (160 x 66 = Rs.10560) But I received amount Rs.319 Only. Requested you kindly deposit my balance amount Rs.10241.
Note : I have PACL Certificate with first receipt and Last receipt only ( 2 Receipt) balance receipt are missing.

I had invested Rs.10230 in PACL.SMS was sent to me for submission of certificate and I submitted by post at SEBI bhawan, Delhi. I got refund of Rs. 659 . This amount is much less than amount invesed .
I request you to look into this matter and help me to get refung of total amount that I had invested.

Sir I was apply for refund of my amount only against PACL registration No U[protected] dated 10 Jul 2010. I also waiting for last 2-3 years but the same was not refund and no any intimation regarding refund or other from your side. During check online refund status showing as "Your application (PACL certificate No. - U[protected] could not be processed further as you have declared `Yes` for Land allotted field in the claim"

Sir I was not declared Yes for land allotment during apply online. You are requested to look into the matter and refund my amount accordingly.

Sir ji mera PACL company se paise return aane ka date 2021 tha lekin mobile number galat hone ke karan Paisa return aane ka SMS nahi aata hai isliye update karna chahte hai
Pahle ka pan card kho Gaya hai aur abhi aadhar se new pan card banbaye hai isliye update karna chahte hai
Update karne ka option website par nahi aa raha hai ! isiliye Mera paisa phasa hua hai

Sirji maine PACL India me apani wife ke naam Rs 50000/ka FD kiya hoo Date.19/03/2005 for 10 year Maturity Date.19/03/2015 ko pura ho gaya hai Lekin abhi tak mera payment nahi mila Iske liye SEBI PACL refund me claim ke liye date 01/05/2019 ko application diya hoo mera cirtificate no.U[protected], U[protected] and U[protected] hai Payment ka Len Den SEBI kar rahe hai Atah aap se nivedan hai ki mera payment dilane ki kripa kare Thanks Date.24/09/2022

Respected sir and madam, I had applied for refund and i got acknowledge number but i didn't got SMS on registered mob no and still not got refund the status showing like ''total claim amount against your PAN is more than the amount being considered at this stage for the refund'' im not getting what should have to do plz help me to get out of this problem

Money not refunded of many clients i am headofficer please take look into it

Sir my name is Vipin P .I had joined in an investment scheme in PACL India limited companyvide registration no. U[protected]. Its expiry date was 25.03.2015.After expiry of the scheme I had submitted refund request. But till date amount not credited in my account. So please do needful . Very urgent.
