I have opened a policy serial no : cb40b 7489360, vide receipt no : u[protected] on 26.02.2011 for a sum of rs 3450.00 (Half yearly) payment option. I have deposited 12 half yearly installments @ 3450x12 = rs 41400.00 (Rupees forty one thousands and four hundred only). Thereafter, the company has closed its office from talwara township district hoshiarpur, punjab. The office is closed since the past many months. Dear sir,

I have registered with pacl on 25/04/2011 for allotment of plots and my reg. No. Is u[protected].in this connection, i have deposited rs. 1, 00, 000 (Rupees one lakh) in four instalments towards 2 plots. Instalments paid details are: rs.25, 000 on 25/04/2011, rs.25, 000 on 08/06/2012, rs.25, 000 on 08/03/2013 and rs. 25, 000 on 30/06/2014. The date of commencement was 25/04/2011 and expiry was 25/04/2017.

The issue is that i have not received any communication so far from the company. I am very doubtful if i shall be allotted plots or receive my money back with necessary interest.

My aunty shubhangi r chandugade. Costumer in pacl india ltd. I have submitted the all details, regestration number u[protected] and amount rs 2500. On dated[protected] on but the remaining records aadhar card.. Bank pass book deatailes. As been not submitted today i am submitting all remaining, records aadhar card, pan card, bank passbook detailes. But ur programming software it shows that allready submitted. Regarding so these too records as been left to submit so please at a previous records.

We were searching the company at kenikkarai ramnad in the last month but i am not getting it. I was shocking because the company was vacated from the place. So, kindly guide me and help us to claim the money.

This company has taken the sum of rs 59300 for trade in stock market they will return rs 175000 in 75 days but they have not given me any invoice or receipt.
After this they said pay the gst of this amount then get proper invoice and before this they told me no extra charges only you have to pay 59300.

We are happy to know our money is getting refunded from pacl but when we attempted to apply through online process it states that my registration number is already been applied. I wonder how this is possible when i didn't apply. There is no proper response from customer care. This is really frustrating and looks like other way of fooling people money. Attached my pacl paper here as proof.

I Have invested Rs.10000.00 in PACL India Ltd. (Registration No. U[protected] & Commencement Date - 30.12.2007). I was to get Rs.22807.00 on expiry of agreement / maturity of this investment on 30.12.2014.

But till date I have not received any money from the company. I have submitted my original registration certificate along Rs.100.00 stamp on maturity of the agreement at Kolhapur Branch. They have given me token of receipt of the documents (Token No. 69916 dtd. 13.01.2015)

I have attached scanned images of my agreement document & the token received after submission of documents along with my Adhaar Card & Bank Pass book (for account details).
