i submitted my refund application on 23rd March 2019. in the time i got message, Your claim application for PACL refund of certificate number U[protected] is successfully submitted. Please quote acknowledgement number 8KAZRM2NJV in all future reference.I wrongly select the land allotment field - yes- how to i edit my mistake. I check the pacl enquiry my application
Claim application status:
Your application (PACL Certificate No. – U[protected] could not be processed further as you have declared Yes for Land allotted field in the claim application.

मान्यवर में PACL का गरीब निवेशक हूँ मेरे bond की धनराशि 10000rs. है जबकि अब 10001 rs. से 15000 की धनराशि refund की जा रही है लेकिन मेरा पैसा नहीं refund हुआ ना ही कोई sms आया www.sebipacalrefund.co.in पर enquiry चैक करने पर
दावा आवेदन की स्थिति:
आपके पैन के विरुद्ध कुल दावा राशि इस चरण में धनवापसी के लिए विचार की जा रही राशि से अधिक है
ये लिखा आ रहा है क्रपया करके मेरे पैसे refund कराने का कस्ट करे please

Hi Sir/Mam,

Respectfully, My mother was issue a policy by my name in PACL and the policy Number is U[protected]. After closing of the company as per the instruction my father have registered the policy online for refund. At the time of registration mistakenly the land allotment option was selected as yes but there is no land allotted to us. And as per now my money amount is under the range which is company refunded in today's date.
So I request you please do the needful action on this issue or provide us any option so that we can update our registered refund claim application.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I apply online refund application of PACL registration No U[protected] and already more than 2 years past but refund was not created.

We call to PACL contact us mail to sebi.[protected]@sebirefunds.org and contact on[protected] many more times. But it was no response/busy. How to solve my PACL Refund claim?

Status shown as under :-

Your application (PACL certificate No. - Uxxxxxxxxxx) could not be processed further as you have declared `Yes` for Land allotted field in the claim application in this regard.

There are no Edit Option in PACL refund website sebipaclrefund.co.in. How to Edit/Modify my PACL refund applications.

I request that I be a very poor investor of PACL, I did not read much and as soon as I heard about PACL I knew nothing about the internet. Applications are going on online, so I applied to e-Friend, claiming that the e-Friend had lost his reputation in the plot allotment and that he had gained the reputation of being the e-Friend by mistake, when we did not have plot allocations. Was held on behalf of PACL Not only hope from Mr. Sar, you have full confidence that you will solve this problem and send the hard earned money to our Custmors bank account

How many years resolved Land Allotted field as “Yes” small amounts ask me from PACL Customers.

***In this Carona time Some customer trouble face for money (No work no money )
Some customers have trouble to Carona.

So Please help me with this situation as early as possible.

महोदय उपरोक्त विषय में निवेदन है की मैंने अपने स्वयं के एवं परिवारजनों रिश्तेदारों आदि के लगभग 70 -80 PACL certificate अपने ही गांव के एक कंप्यूटर सेंटर से online करवाएं Lend allotment वाले colum में yea करना है या No उसकी जानकारी ना मुझे थी नाही computer वाले को, computer वाले ने सभी PACL certificate में Lend allotment वाले colum में Yes भर दिया और PACL certificate के ऊपर लिखें plot size को भर दिया।
मेरे द्वारा online करवाए हुए अधिकतर Pacl certificate 10000 से भी कम राशि के है Pacl द्वारा किसी भी PACL certificate पर किसी प्रकार का कोई Lend आवंटित नहीं की गई नाही दी गई
इस संबंध में मैंने बार-बार SEBI एवं लोढ़ा कमेटी को mail भी किया किंतु SEBI लोढ़ा कमेटी द्वारा आज तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई नाही रिफंड लौटाया गया
अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि हमारे खून पसीने की कमाई जिसको SEBI नहीं लौट आ रही है उसको दिलवाने की कष्ट करे
