Dear sir iam panneer selvam from chennai india i have joined a policy in villupuram office from 9-sep-2011for 5 years, my policy was finish 5 year but i no get my money, the office in villupuram is closed i don't no were to cotact, this money i save for my children education, my humble request please sir i want get my money please help me sir thank you.

I am from Chennai.I joined in the scheme called [INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN No.l-1(for 5.5 years)].I was paying money to this company which is in annasaalai, Chennai.(Annasalai center).I payed three bills to this company. The first one was 17, 250. Another one was 17, 250 and the last bill is 2, 760.And I was paying these bills for 6 months once and 6 times. I met the concerned agent named pughazenthi and he showed no response.I totally payed 2, 23, 560.The premium time was ended so we want the money back.I want you to reply me(suryasrinivasan.[protected]@gmail. com)and give the address of some agents in Chennai. This is regarding two policies of mine which is in the name of my daughter ku. [censored]al policy no. U[protected] and my wife mrs. Rajvati devi policy no. U[protected] with doc 14/06/2011, 14/09/2009 respectively. Both policies got matured as both policies has 6 yrs term. But now agent doesn't tell me anything. He says that the company is closed now and he doesn't know anything. Please tell how n when will i get my money. I am fed up of all this. Please advise. I am a very poor man. I belong to very small village in bulandshahr dist.in u. P. I run my family by cooking food for others and selling milk. I am the only one to earn in six family members i have taken this from babrala office. This money means a lot to me and my family. At the time of commencement i was promised that money would get doubled. I only want my money back with interest. I have attached scan image of policy paper for the proof. Please get my money back as soon as possible.

Dear sir

I have commenced a policy on 19/04/2011 vide registration no. U[protected] and almost continued for more than 3 years with the nearest branch at port blair. Due to certain financial crisis i could not continue since 2014.

I tried calling the pacl local office no, but the number reported to be not in existence. Kindly guide me to know about the policy status and how to go about for recontinuing the same or surrender the policy if not possible.

Am worked as an agent in pacl ltd, i had invested nearly rs.10 lakh which is collected from customers and my own money, now all policies was matures, but there is no refund from pacl company, now customers are targeting me to settle the money, unable to answer them, because they are asking me to confirm the date when it will be refunded from lodha committee appointed by sebi. Pacl india limited through their agents had cheated innocent/illiterate people of nearby punjab and chamba district, hp.

The amount of 20000/- taken by them and provide receipt as detail given below:

This policy is matured and we were not able to contact any one from PACL India Limited including the agent who collects the money from us. I am naveen kumar from delhi i invested in pacl india ltd comapny with some of my relatives the registered office address of company is 22, 3rd floor, amber tower, sansar chand road, jaipur 302004. After having them mine first installment of rs 1400 i got a registration certificate after that timely we had them plenty of installments after the time when we wanted the amount to be matured suddenly the company office seems to be no more we tried to contact comapny but nothing happened i want my money back! Maturity date in 2015 December, what shall I do to get back the money i deposited in PACL? Many times I went to the office and they went on asking me to come after couple of months. Presently the office is closed and I am unable to make even normal inquiry. It is two years passed. I am worried whether the money I have deposited be given. Kindly guide me to get back the money I have deposited in PACL, Trichy branch.
