Complaint marked as Resolved PACL Premium amount will be deposit
From period 27/12/2007 to 27/12/2014 my all premium completed, And also relevant documents will be submitted for release amount, But still amount do not credited by the agency, Rupees 49560, So please clarify the issue as soon as possible.

The result showed that:
*Claim application status: Total claim amount against your PAN is more than the amount being considered at this stage for refund.
*SMS status for Certificate submission: No SMS has been sent to your registered mobile number for submission of original certificate.
Even thought, all my uploaded documents are correct and my refund range also fall under
So, why not considered my application for refund?
