My parents and sisters have Invested in PACL limited in four account but still we haven't get refund as SEBI has decided earlier to sale the properties of Pacl. As my parents have invested full amount upto 6 years and maturity was on may 2015 and we haven't get Yet So please Refund the Amount as soon as possible as we need it urgently for sister's marriage....

I had invested rs.1, 00, 000/- in policy no - cb b 6557300 on dtd.[protected], under payment plan number and term c5-046, 6yr-0 m (Copy enclosed), which is matured on[protected] with maturity amount of rs.2, 02, 700/- (Approx). About 1 month has passed but i am still waiting the maturity amount. Released in favour of me.

I had invested rs 650 rs quaterly for six years after which the maturity amount is 23100 which was due on 25/08/15 in the name of shiv murat i have been harassed and i have burned my heels in getting my maturity amount.
Now iam not given the full payment at the earliest i have no option left but to file a case against pacl india ltd in consumer court with full compensation for fraud and cheating innocent people.

I have taken a policy in pacl india ltd. With policy no. U[protected] on 30th apr. 2009 & the same has been surrendered on july 2015 after completing the policy period. I haven't received the policy amount yet. Please suggest whom to contact regarding this. Their office in bangalore seems to be closed. The phone no. Provided by them isn't working. I am concerned about my money because i am seeing so many people complaining...

Fraud...fraud i apply RTI ur pearl company as a insurance policy is now wrong way and also loot-khasot publicly ur agent rajkumar as a fraud way taken money & now not return my policy cheque .ur firm total fraud kbhi bhi janta k paise se kuch nhi kr paoge jaldi wapas kro sbki policy nhi badua lgegi...aah lgegi samhe kuch ki nhi mai ek letter pm ko likunga, finace minister ko bhi & also CAG ......

Dear sir, my policy hv been matured in march 2016, it is of amount 95000. I hv nt got a sinlge penny or cheque from the company. Even i didnt get any letter or information about my deposited money, by the company. It was all i earned and saved. I trusted the company, nd hope company feel keep it. I request tobthe concerned person to look into the matter and help me to get my hard earned money back....
