I had invested money in pacl india ltd. my policy got matured in Dec 2014.
I had got to pacl office in Dec. 2014 and cliamed money, but I have not received any communication from them and still I am waiting for my money.
When I will get my money?

Now the company stopped taking installments of premium since aug-2014.
I have deposited document to buy back via qrc no - cz[protected] & cz[protected] dated 12 jan 2016.
My paid amount has not been refunded to me since then. now the company has closed its gurgaon...

I invested 37500 thousands in pacl from June 2011 maturity period is over. But they can't refund the money. What can I do.

Please solve my issues.
