Claim application status:

SMS status for Certificate submission:
No SMS has been sent to your registered mobile number for the submission of original certificate.

So how i can handle this case please anybody helps me how resolve this problem and get the amount?

निवेदन ये है कि मै PACL INDIA की एक गरीब निवेशक हूं मैने 3 अप्रैल 2012 को PACL INDIA की एक पॉलिसी ली थी जिसका सर्टिफिकेट नम्बर -U[protected] है,
मैनें दिनाँक 3 अप्रैल 2012 से लेकर 21 अगस्त 2014 तक ₹360/- रुपए की 30 किस्तें, जो कुल राशी ₹10800/- रुपए बनती है, PACL INDIA को जमा कराई थी ! आप PACL का RECORD चेक कर सकते हैं, अप्रैल 2022 में SEBI दारा SMS आने पर तिथि 22/07/2022 को मूल प्रमाणपत्र स्पीड पोस्ट दारा SEBI को भेजे गए, दिनांक 17 /08/2022 को SEBI दारा मेरे बैंक खाते में *कुल 359/-* रुपए भेजे गए ! मैं एक गरीब परिवार से हूं, मैने पाइ पाइ करके PACL INDIA को जमा करबाए थे किरपा करके मुझे मेरे पुरे पैसे देकर मुझे इंसाफ दिलाया जाये, आपकी बहुत- बहुत मेहरबानी होगी!

With reference to the subject cited above, Sir I am an Agent of PACL India Limited and I am Struggling very hard because of the refund of my policies. Every day Policies Holder Comes at my Home and threatens me to filed a complaint against me as a fraud in police station. They also abused me and my family members they snatch my bike and phone several times. They also said that if their deposit amount is not refunded by company I have to pay the whole amount of policies. I am a middle class person and i don't have money for paying to them.

SIR PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY
AND REFUND MY POLICIES DEPOSIT AMOUNT.

मेरा पल्स का सर्टीविकेट न U[protected] है जो की 9600 रू जमा करा चूका था जिनमे से 6600 . की रसीद मेरे पास है जो की मेने online form भरते समय अपलोड कराई थी सर्वर डाउन की वजय से एक रसीद उपलोड दिखा रही है जिसके कारण मेरे खाते में 600 रू ही ट्रान्सफर हुए है आपसे निवेदन है की मेरे पुरे रुपए वापिस कर बाये !

Hello Sir/Madam, My name is Deepa. I had invested total amount of Rs. 14300 (13 installments of Rs. 1100 each). My Policy number is U[protected]. I had received payment of only Rs. 10999 (only of the 10 installments) on 27 July 2022. I want to claim my remaining amount of Rs. 3300 (of the 3 installments which I had paid whose payment I had not received). I have all the receipts of these installments. Please tell me how to claim this amount. I request you to help me in this regard.

I am a poor woman. I solved money by washing dishes in other people's houses. So that it can be used for my children's education in future. I invested in PACL India Ltd. I was supposed to get the money in 2017 but im not yet that money. Please return my money.

Today I just checked the claim status showing that " you have declared Yes for Land allotted field in the claim application". But i didn't understand what they took action for the same. So please refund my claimed amount urgently.

i submitted my refund application on 23rd March 2019. in the time i got message, Your claim application for PACL refund of certificate number U[protected] is successfully submitted. Please quote acknowledgement number 8KAZRM2NJV in all future reference.I wrongly select the land allotment field - yes- how to i edit my mistake. I check the pacl enquiry my application

Respectfully, My mother was issue a policy by my name in PACL and the policy Number is U[protected]. After closing of the company as per the instruction my father have registered the policy online for refund. At the time of registration mistakenly the land allotment option was selected as yes but there is no land allotted to us. And as per now my money amount is under the range which is company refunded in today's date.
So I request you please do the needful action on this issue or provide us any option so that we can update our registered refund claim application.

एक मौका हमें जरूर देवे श्रीमान जी से आशा ही नहीं पूर्ण विश्वास है कि आप हमारी इस समस्या का समाधान करेंगे और हमारे मेहनत की कमाई हमारे बैंक अकाउंट में भेजेंगे।

I apply online refund application of PACL registration No U[protected] and already more than 2 years past but refund was not created.

We call to PACL contact us mail to sebi.[protected]@sebirefunds.org and contact on[protected] many more times. But it was no response/busy. How to solve my PACL Refund claim?

There are no Edit Option in PACL refund website sebipaclrefund.co.in. How to Edit/Modify my PACL refund applications.

I request that I be a very poor investor of PACL, I did not read much and as soon as I heard about PACL I knew nothing about the internet. Applications are going on online, so I applied to e-Friend, claiming that the e-Friend had lost his reputation in the plot allotment and that he had gained the reputation of being the e-Friend by mistake, when we did not have plot allocations. Was held on behalf of PACL Not only hope from Mr. Sar, you have full confidence that you will solve this problem and send the hard earned money to our Custmors bank account

How many years resolved Land Allotted field as “Yes” small amounts ask me from PACL Customers.

***In this Carona time Some customer trouble face for money (No work no money )
Some customers have trouble to Carona.

So Please help me with this situation as early as possible.
