              I humbly request that I am a very poor investor of PACL, I have not read or written much, nor did I know anything about internet as soon as I heard that PACL refund applications are getting online, so I applied my application The Cybercafe had got the Cybercafe mistaken for the plot allotment, whereas we did not get any kind of plot allot, all of this has happened due to the mistake of the Cybercafe from PACL.

              I humbly request you to give us a chance to rectify this mistake.
              Not only hope from Mr. sir, you have full confidence that you will solve this problem and send our hard earned money to our bank account.
