I am a customer of PACL India Pvt. Ltd. i have purchased two policies Regd.NO. U[protected] Worth Rupees 15000/- Dated : - 25/01/2011 and U[protected] Dated :- 25/12/2010 Worth Rupees 10000/- Now the office is closed in our City. as per my information now the company is completely closed so please help me to solve my problem & Refund the Claim. for more information i enclosed scan copies of Bonds and slips.

Dear Sir,

My father was invested in your Company (PACL) and availed 2 insurance policy and one was expired sometime year ago and another one is yet to be expire this year 20017. However, when we went your branch office (Ramanatharpuram), they said we will sent you the letter for the amount settlement but we haven;t receive any of the letter so far. So, again we went to office, seems like your office was closed. So, we couldn;t able to recover my father money.

Could you please let us know the procedure to claim the amount which we have invested.

On 21.10.2011 i have started my investment by rs:1100/- per month and folio no. Is ADLB3405494 in the name of Bikash Gupta and nominee is my wife Deepa Gupta. But after giving few months i have stopped as i have doubt on agent as he didnt provide me money receipt and the agent told me that money will be returned after 5 yrs.

Regulators and concern ministry does not have proper directives for such agencies and keep listen those doing scamming in the past days. Now committee has instructed to investors to have awareness on getting refund by submitting proper document evidence unless such public notice published by committee. What a rubbish thing this govt have? If any happens, simply they blame the public. Govt ministries and concern officials must frame proper directives for all agencies and their business. Big shots escaped with the assistance of govt officials, but where as poor public trapped in those scandal and affected.
