My mother name 2 policy we opened in your pacl company bagalkot branch karanataka state, no is – u[protected] dtd[protected], policy amount 3750 per year, agency code[protected], agency unit code - [protected], maturity amount -34650 and completed dtd[protected], nominee name - siddayya sankannavar, poloicy holder –

One more police no - u[protected] dtd[protected], policy amount per year 1667 / completed date[protected], maturity amount -15400 policy holder, nominee name - siddalingayya sankannavar, agency code[protected], agency unit code -[protected]


All 2 policy we surrendered in 2015 may month in bagalakot dist till we not got money back as per agreement bagalakot office also closed please help me in this as soon as possible

Sir/madam, i am in coimbnatore at tamil nadu. I am agent for pacl limited, i have a 15 customers. We are paying amount was very high. They are asked when will give the amount, there was more problem for our clints. My husband also very angry with me. So i am going to suside. Other wise i dont any explanations. Pls help me sir. Pls reply me for mail thankyou.

Why Government allowing such companies to collect money from the public when they cannot refund the same on time.It is Government responsibilites to refund the investors amount with upto date interest, if the company have deducted the taxes on the interest amount & deposited with the government. Government official are also involved with this company's employers & getting crores of rupees from them for non refund of the investors hardcore savings.

I am budhana yadav from gorakhpur uatter pradesh. I have pacl 1 is fix deposit and 2 other are regular policy. All policies are complete in 2015. But till now i m not receive my policies amount. You pacl office in gorakhpur are closed recent. What i do for my money.
Return my money asap other vise i take a legal action against pacl and agent.
Revert on mail as soon as possible. And return my money in 1 month...

After that i have paid the another policy at the end of the given policy year . After two years on[protected] i have submitted original bond in your office on secunderabad but till now i dint get my money back iam the only person in my house to earn i have 5 children's 3 girls and 2 boys. on that time i have put the policy for my children's only now iam in need of that money

i am sourabh sharma from kota rajasthan. i have 3 policies in pacl 1 is fix deposit and 2 other are regular policy. all policies are complete in 2014. but till now i m not receive my policies amount. you pacl office in kota are closed recent 6 month. what i do for my money.
return my money ASAP other vise i take a legal action against pacl and agent.

The agreement is expired on 13/08/2016, i could not find even the office at there.

We have totally three policy with pacl, details as follows

We are not able get back the money payed till now and pacl office in cunningham road, bengaluru - 560052 is closed. So we are not able to contact pacl also.
Please help us in getting back payed money.

I manoj kumar from bangalore, our insurance policy has matured on may 2015, i have visited the pacl office for more than 100+ times from last year onwards, i had never got any satisfactory answers from them. But when i visted today (19/10/2016) i was fully shocked and tensed, the office was fully cleared including the furnitures. Since i request you to whoever related to return our money please give us back. There are thousands and lakhs of people are there like us waiting to receive there money back. And this is not just the words, these are our hardwork and tears including our blood. Hence i request you to give all our money back😢

I am Naveen. S/o Rajulu who has invested money with PACL in with an amounr of 1.5 lacks. Maturity for this policy has finished in 2015 still we are not receiving money. When we ask the slaes guys they say that we will get in week or in a month. Now its almost one and half year we have not received money. Please let me know how to get money from then ASAP. Because we bought money from outside paying interest for that. :( Please take some action on this or let me know the process to get this done fast..

Hello,
My father is an agent of PACL insurance and has many members under him whose policies got matured in the year 2014 and he is tired of answering every one it's been 3 years he has answered. The office placed in Bangalore has also locked out. We are not sure whom should we contact to answer policy holders. Please get back to us . We need help. My father has nearly 40-50 members under him who are waiting for an update and refund. I hope there should be a limit to the patience, we have waited enough for the update .

I have taken Bond with PACL India Ltd, with Reg No: U[protected] on 14/08/2010, according which i need to pay amount of Rs.920 every month for 6 yrs.

Now the bond is matured on 14/08/2016, i expect to get back my matured amount Rs. 96, 300.

Any sort of contact to PACL office not giving proper response.

Help me to get back my money.

I had deposited rs 2980 per quarter from 31/10/2010). My registration no is u[protected]. The policy got mature on 30/04/2016. Company has closed its office (Alwar). I sent my application at jaipur also, but returned with remark left. Than i sent application for payment at delhi in last week of august, 16, but no response received till date. Pl make the payment as early as possible.

This is benny stephan. I have 2 policies from pacl india limited. Policy number are u[protected] and u[protected]. I had also registered a complaint on the sebi's portal about not receiving the maturity amount from pacl india limited and the registration numbers for my complaint with sebi are sebie/gj16/0000311/1 and sebie/gj16/0000312/1

I had received a notification from sebi saying that the case has been disposed. I have still not received the refund and the supreme court of india has appointed lodha committee in feb, 2016 to sell the assets of pacl india and to refund the maturity amount to the customers. Sebi, lodha committe, pacl india limited, supreme court of india has not helped us to get the maturity amount. Lodha commitee has not even collected the documents from the customers yet. They are now auctioning the pacl assets and at this point i am very concerned about the time required for the lodha committee to pay my money back. The indian government and the law of india has allowed pacl india limited to loot the millions of poor in india for almost 20 years.

I have registrered my name for plot with pacl india limited vide registration no u[protected] on 07.07.2009.
I have paid the premium amounts in regulalr instalments
As per payment plan. The agreement is already expired. As the regional office is closed without any intimation i am unable to get the status of my policy
