Pacl India — registration number mismatch

First i register my registration and its success. Then i forget my password. I put forget password option and one time password number generated then i type it and create new password and then i press update it get oops something went wrong. Then how can i process my registration. Please give me the solution and send my email. I put the policy in 14 th november 2011 the period its finished. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I have already registered my pacl registration number.when i login, it does not pick my registration number and show me a message, registration number does not exist as per our records. Now what can i do.Please give me a solution, its hardly request.
