I purchased Prestige wet grinder on[protected]. Within 1month I faced issue with the product as it got struck and not rotating. I raised complaint in Pai customer care and after many followup call a technician visited and fixed the issue. Again after two months again same issue occurred and I raised complaint on Mar 28th. Till now complaint is open and no one visited.
Pai customer care does not provide concerned person number and no one call us and product will loose warranty soon.
One of the worst experience I am facing with the product and with pai international. I would request Pai to take back the product and return my money as its still in warranty. I have attached invoice and conversation I had with Pai International customer care.
