[Resolved] Pai International — Irregular staff | |||||
I went to Pai International to buy iphone 7 128gb using Baja finsery. They told that i can only swipe 20k from my card. They asked us to try Capital Finance. It took 3 days for the verification process. The person who came to verify came 2 times to the office and verification is done. Finally I got a call from the showroom that all the process is done and i can avail the offer. When i went there they told they can give me only iphone 7 32gb Gold color. Somehow they compromised me and finally i asked them to give me black color.They told us to come at 10 in the morning. They wasted around 4 hours and said that it is still under process. Vexed up with this behaviour. If you are not Customer Centric please dont waste our time like this. We are not free all the time to revolve round you. I am pretty sure that i am not gonna buy any product in Pai Again. If possible i will escalate to the manager. Price wise : Iphone 7 128gb is 56000 in all the stores but here they are taking 59000.
