Dear sir/ madam, Myself mr. Rohan bhagat. I was suggested by an paisabasaar customer care executive to open a zero balance account with axis bank. When i enquired about that zero balance account whether it can be converted to zero balance joint account then the executive told me that you just open the account now and then visit the branch afterwards you can convert this account to joint account while competing my kyc i just have to fill the form. But when i visited the axis bank branch i was told it's not possible. I want you to take some action against it as it was a kind of fraud advertising done by paisabazaar.
