I got the pre-approved offer for Credit card on your website portal (as a proof I have attached file)

On[protected], I had applied for AXIS BANK My Zone Credit Card with having CIBIL Score of 766 and Credit card holder of SBI, HDFC, ICICI and IndusInd bank (Attached Proof).

And on[protected] Axis bank sends me email stating that my application was rejected stating internal policy. This kind of activity will degrade my CIBIL Score as well as CIBIL report.

I want paisabazzar to take get me my credit card.

I demand the authority to take appropriate action against them and order them to approve and provide me the Credit card soon.

I told Paisabazaar to check these attached statements(also attached the screenshots of transactions from 21st May to 31st July) of June 2022 and July 2022, if you add the spent amount (Paisabazaar StepUp Credit card is not charging any fees or Service taxes on fees, so I will have to come back to "Why you have charged 250 INR as fees and some entries of Service taxes which you're not supposed to ask for, because StepUp credit card is devoid of any interests or charges whatsoever because that's what has been claimed and commmitted during offering the credit card") of both the months and then deduct the 200 INR(extra repayment(28th May 2022) which must be refunded or adjusted by Paisabazaar fully and exactly) from it then it will become 429~ INR not 596~ INR... So WHY ARE YOU ASKING FOR 596~ INR, GIVE ME A FULL REPORT ON ALL TRANSACTIONS AND SHOW ME HOW THESE TRANSACTIONS AND DEDUCTING THE 200 INR ADJUSTS TO 596~ INR ????

TELL WHOEVER GENERATED THESE BILLS AND OUTSTANDING AMOUNT AND DELIBERATELY IGNORED THE DEDUCTING 200 INR AND ADJUSTING ACCORDINGLY, THAT IF YOU EVEN THINK OF STEALING FROM, I WILL DRAG PAISABAZAAR ALONG WITH HER/HIM TO LEGAL PROCEEDINGS...

I have a salary account . what kind of charge is this ? Why you deduct 1200 from my acount and still showing -1200 ?

My name is Jainam Shah. I have taken credit card from paisabazzar representative.
His name is: Mukesh Tiwari

He processed RBL Paisa on Demand Credit Card and informed me that I will get headphones worth Rs. 3000. I already completed all the processes and I got a credit card as well. However, I have not received any headphone till now.

Now, when i call on this number he didn't receive my call.

Please issue my welcome gift. I have all proof available with me and escalate on social media if you do not resolve it.

I had applied for a Loan with NKGSB Bank for Rs. 50 Lacs.

I had NOT applied for the loan at www.PaisaBazaar.com

Also, I had NOT put an Enquiry with www.paisabazaar.com

However, I have received at least 3 calls from Paisa Bazaar, from number
[protected] and the executive has told me that I have applied to NKGSB Bank for Professional Loan and they have come to know this from CIBIL Score...

After signing up for Paisabazaar, I began to receive a large number of phone calls from various loan-providing companies. As my credit score got up the number of calls increased.

In response to this, I quickly deleted my account from Paisabazaar.com. Even after this the calls/SMS didn't slow down.

I have already deleted my account and tried to communicate via provided phone numbers in the help section of your website.

I'd like you to remove my phone number from your (Paisabazaar.com & Its Subsidiaries/Partners) database ASAP.

Hello team i had contacted and requested to change the mobile number because i had been lost my phone and i am not getting my duplicate sim i had taken set-up credit card i had done a fixed deposit of 10000 change my number orelse break my FD because i asked to give me any alternative option to make the payment but your team said there is no any alternative option hence i request you to do as soon as possible change the number or break my FD waiting to your response team i have my physical card as well if required i can provide you my card number also

Agent gave me wrong information on the interest rate, he clearly mentioned 12% . I confirmed it again multiple times to take sure it was 12%. He cheated me. Now the loan provided has been disbursed and they are not taking it back

Paisabazaar team told me that i am eligible for creditcard agaist fix deposite, i deposited money of 2000rs through paisabazaar app on 28th june 2022, but toll now paisabazaar did not give any creditcard to me, i called ane sent email to paisabazaar customer care so many time, but there is no responce from paisa bazaar team.
Please look at my matter and take strict action against paisabazaar fraud team.
They took money from me by fraud.

Please stop calling and harassing me about loans and credit card today itself i have received 6 calls despite announcing on every call that i am not interest in any of the service. Please stop contacting me via call message and email.

I have been charges finance charges twice, once 300 and this month 1000 inr, both these times i have made payement in full atleast 2 days before due date still these months ive been charged, no resolution on email or call i have received, really frustrated and closing the card which i and my family and friends have

In reference to the subject cited above i would like to request for Removal of my Mobile Number for all Promotional Calls by PaisaBazaar and it's all Third-Party Partners (Like MoneyView, Axis Bank, SBI etc.).
Even, after many requests for Removal of my Mobile Number for all Promotional Calls many times and also your customer representative confirmation regarding Removal many a times, my number has not been removed for Promotional Calls. I am seriously Fed up with the calls by PaisaBazaar ( I use to receive approximately 80-100 Calls per month from this hopeless PaisaBazaar-My Blocklist is full now by blocking approximately 400-500 Numbers).
Now, i have no other option to complaint to the TRAI and Cyber Crime Department since i am literally Fed UP by these hopeless calls)
Therefore, I would like to kindly request for Removal of my Mobile Number for all Promotional Calls by PaisaBazaar and it's all Third-Party Partners (Like MoneyView, Axis Bank, SBI etc.).

I am frustrated by Paiza Bazaar.com they are calling me every one hour for the loan and other policy details. Someone randomly entered my number and i am getting calls and suffering. I am depressed lot and want to file complain and sue this company even if it takes 1 lakh rupees

In span of 5mins there were 68 calla although customer informed he is busy and moreover there was rude beviour along with unprofessional talking with too much of exceasive calling just to prove his wgo.

I nèed complete action against on individual c chaitanya for execessive calling and unprofessional behaviour, also i have all the recordings with me.

If he is not apologizing i will file defamation case against paisa bazzar.

Hope you will resolve this issue asap and nor more calling f4om paisa baazar
