We have a receipt for delivery and its been more than 10 days but my document is not delivered to the insurance company. They do not understand some claims have time limits to accept important documents. We are running behind doctors to get those documents and "palande couriers" are so irresponsible that they are not delivering it.
We heard they have not paid salaries to their employees hence they are not delivering the couriers. This is ridiculous.
Can we launch a police complaint against this courier service?
I would recommend every one not to use this non sense courier service who do not understand the importance of documents for normal human being. Was this information helpful? |
