Pan Card Not Received — PAN allotted but not received

We had applied for PAN of our firm, and got the PAN number by SMS. When we checked in NSDL site it was already dispatched by Trackon courier Pvt Ltd vide airway Bill No.[protected] dated 8th August, 2021 till today we had not received the card as well as even phone call also.

Our PAN card acknowledgment No.N-[protected] dated: 2nd August, 2021.
