Pan Card — Date of Birth (DOB) mistake in PAN Card

Dear Sir / Madam
I have not received my pan card with Appl No.[protected] submited on 29th November 2007 with Coupon No[protected] & PAN No. ALBPG5899D.
Mistak in the PAN is in DOB that is wrong i.e. 21 May 1973
I want to correct it as 21 May 1974
we already send correction form early two times. above mention the coupon is last

but till date either I cann't received any PAN card or any information via email
and also at ur web site when we input my PAN no then it display "quary is not found"

so i again request u to please send me my PAN as early as possible.

sir,

i have a driving license but the problem is that there is a spelling mistake in it.so i also want my pan card to get perfect spelling.what should i do so that i wont get further problems.the spelling on my marks card is different than in my driving license.so plz help.

I have given my another address in pan card, so i want to change my address, becouse i have to apply for passport.or there is no need of address in pan card.so they will be accepted this pan card.Please tell me.My pan card no is AKJPB2823R

i have not recieve my pan card

hello sir this is srinivas.i applied for pan card on sept-26th 2008, still now i can't receive my pan card.when i checked my pan status through online it says that the card was undelivered and it was returned to NSDL.So kindly re send my card as posible as early my address is H.no 10-6-68/21, burhanpuram, khammam.andhra pradesh, 507001.

I applied for the PAN Card on line dated 4/11/08. ACKNOWLEDGMENT NUMBER: [protected]. I have not recieved the PAN card till date. The on line tracking for the status of the same shows that all the relevant documents has been recieved. The application is under process.

I am unable to understand that in case all the documents have been recieved why am I not getting the PAN Card.

Hi,

I've applied and got my pan with my name thought no errors as the internet version showing full name. But banks not accepting my pan as valid as it not contains my last name printed on it.
