[Resolved]  Pan Card — pan card not received

i can not recivied my pan card number i recivied the recipt no.[protected] date 7th july 2009 please give reply as possible as. because i urgently requre for the return file.and my mobile no. [protected] .

Five years ago PAN NO. (AGAPD1337M) was allotted but still pan card was not received . It is requested to despatch the pan car as early as possible at my home address as mentioned in the
pan application or at the following office address :

I have applied for PAN Card on the year of 1997.

i have applied the pan card in the month of July 2009, i have seen my pan card number in the site and they stated that they have dispatched my pan card through post, but i have not received my pan card.

My wife have applied for correction of her PAN CARD on 12th June 2009. Her name is Srabani Bhattacharya (pre marriage). Her application No.[protected] and coupon No.[protected], which was submitted atUTI TSL< IT PAN SERVICES CENTRE, KOLKATA, 2WBA 125, which was not yet received. Kindly inform the status of her PAN CARD.

I have submited my pan form 18th april 2009 application no[protected] * my coupon no:[protected] but till now i have not received my pan card, plz do the needful, on urgent basis.
