I wish to inform you that. I had applied PAN number as on 28 July 2008. My acknowledgement no. is [protected] and I have also received PAN No.AOTPR7281M(through NSDL.com). pan card not received, also lost application number

I, AASHISH SHARMA have submitted the application 49A form No.[protected], Processing fee coupon No.[protected] on 10.3.2009 at UTI Office Saharanpur but the same is not received till date. As per your note in application form, it will be received in only 15 workingdays after submission.

So please check at your end, what is the reason behind the delay of the card.

Hoping for your favarable reply. An early action will be highly appriciable.

PAN CARD NOT YET RECEIVED FROM 1998 MARCH TO TILL DATE - TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AND REPLY SOON.

I received your letter dated 19.03.1998 confirming that my Pan Number is AAEPN4990Q without Pan Card
and I am filling my IT returns according to the same and I got a refund order mentioning the same Pan Number for the year[protected].

Latter I received your Second letter dated 16.09.2003 stating that due to database error you have given me a new Pan Number that is AAEPN4990D and in all my further IT returns I have mention the new number and from[protected] to till now I have filled all my IT returns.

Till now I didn't get my Pan Card and all my refunds which I have claimed is struck up.

Kindly do the needfull.
