[Resolved]  Pan Card — pan card not received

I have applied for pan card 2.5 months back but I have not got my pan card till yet.

Application serial no.[protected]
my corresspondence address has also been changed so it is quite impossible to collect it from my previous address.My new address is -

Dear All,

I had applied for PAN Card 1 year back and I have not received the PAN Card Still.

Please find my PAN Card # BUIPS7463J.

Please advise how I can get the details of my PAN card and is there any way that I can collect my PAN Card in any one of the main branch in Bangalore.

I have given application of my friend Shahji for PAN CARD. (Application No.[protected]coupon No.[protected] at thane. Still my friend not got his PAN CARD . When I enquir about it they said it is already despatch and it is lying on the Post Office of Ambivali. (MY FRIENDS PAN CARD NO. IS - AQHPR2983C).

I don't sir When post office not delivered the pan card then where it is. Thane branch giving excuse that it is lying on post office only and post office officer not giving any response. please help and response on my mail id.
