Hi, i bought refrigerator about 5-6years back, but now cooking is not proper. When i logged a complaint with service center then engineer said, issue is in fan which is not available at any service center and they are not even helping to arrange the fan. Simply denying is not making sense. Due to small fan issue my refrigerator become dump which i bought too costly around 60k.

Do arrange this spare part else do return my money. Otherwise if you cannot do i ‘ll escalate to senior leader or go to consumer court for this harassment.

    panasonic cs/cu-xs12vkyf ac

    Address: flat no. 8 door no. 12 jain vamsadra apartments, north usman road

    I bought panasonic air-conditioner, model cs-xs12vkyf, bearing serial number 193pajbkpu00059, purchased on[protected]. After a month ac stopped working (Cooling) for which i complained to the service centre. Then service people came and checked the ac. What service people told me was that the ac refrigerant is leaking and they have to recharge it again.

    My question to panasonic are

    · how can a brand new ac...

    This is pathetic for a company like panasonic that after calling for free service no person has come to us for free service since long. I have bought panasonic ac last year in oct 2019 in the name of suneeta nilesh sawant at ghodbunder road from your authorized showroom. We have several problem which are still not attended, as the person who has come to fitment didnot even explained us the operation and told us that there would be a back up team to help us. But still today i didnt find any back up given by panasonic. And now you are sending the expiry of my warranty and giving you a change to pay for amc. So what is the use of 3 free services after installation. Please give us a reply or we would take the matter to customer grievance cell.

      I have before this in the month of march complaint to you for this ac machine. Again i am complainting for the said machine. Before machine was not giving cooling because gas was not there which by paying about rs.4000/ filled up. The technician was particularly instructed to check ac machine thorouly so that the leakage chances became nil. Yesterday machine was not giving cooling so complaint was lodged and technician came and told that there is leakage in gas and it is empty now. Again i have to spend rs 4000 for gas. It means that every three months i have to filling gas. If it is so please take away machine free from me and i am not interested in such machine of worst workmanship. Please instruct your ahmedabad office to take away this machine from me. I will be highly obliged if take away action is done immediately.

        I have purchased Two Sanyo Inverter Ac 2 ton and One Panasonic Inverter AC 1.5 ton and Installation done by Panasonic authorize service center, The installation was really very poor, the Installation persons are unprofessional and uncooperative, seems they are taking installation training and doing trials at customers ends. I told them to get it installed by professional but they told we have enough knowledge, at last unexpected thing happens which I am worried for, the interconnecting copper pipe is not bend properly in shape and cooling is not coming in Sanyo 2 ton inverter Ac, when I forced them to check than they remove the form from copper pipe, the pipe is totally bend and damaged. I really got disappointed and annoyed on purchasing Panasonic Manufactured Sanyo branded AC and get it installed by brand service center, thinking in mind that it should be best installation by brand service center. But the installation was really very poor by unprofessional team.
        After that they cut the interconnecting copper pipe from between, remove the bend portion and reconnect it by doing welding without removing indoor unit. The side thermacal and plastic body of indoor unit was also get affected by heat while doing welding on copper pipe and they left cover open after doing wiring of outdoor unit.
        At time of installation of Panasonic 1.5 ton Ac the installation person doesn't remove the corrugated cover which was inserted on back of outdoor unit to prevent fins in transit, such a careless staff by Panasonic authorize service center, they doesn't remove it and ac is running but it's not cooling due to it and outdoor unit is overheating.
        Really very very bad experience and disappointed after getting installed by brand service center, they are unprofessional and untrustworthy staff, it's better to get it installed by local installation person whom we know.

        Hope you take this matter seriously otherwise people will loose there trust on Panasonic brand if you will not get your service improved. so please hire professionals for installation.
        Customer trust the brand and pay hard earned money for the product but due to poor service by authorize service center will make customer think twice to purchase any product again, So you should provide good service from authorise service center or change service center in our location to make brand goodwill, the Panasonic center of Karnal is really giving very poor service by unprofessional team. Now I am worried for recently purchased 3 AC, should I get good service in future or not.
        Hope it will get improved and strick action against present authorize service center of Karnal.

          I had purchased a panasonic 49" led tv through amazon on 9th october 2018. Model: th-49fx600d for almost 50, 000 rs of my hard earned money.
          This tv started getting black spots within a few months of the purchase despite of having no dusty environment around. I had to lodge a complain within 10 months and it was sent to the service centre for fixing the issue.
          Upon receiving i realised that the display was poorly fixed and it was bulgy at places. I raised the concern to the service engineer who said this is how it is.

          The tv again started having black spots and again within 10 months of the last fixing, 30% of the left side tv display has gone defected completely.

          This shows poorest quality of panasonic tvs, their displays, worst customer service as well as worst durability.

          This is disappointing, unacceptable and frustrating to see the repetitive faults in the tv so frequently, that you can not afford to fix them from your own pocket everytime after the warranty gets void.

          I did not pay 50k for just 10months or an year of proper working. I have invested so much money and i look forward to a durable product.

          Quality of such horrible level is not expected from a company like panasonic.

          I expect a proper solution to the issue by complete replacement of the tv or i will be forced to take action legally on the poorest of services provided by panasonic.

            Cheating with me

            I had taken panasonic 43" led tv on 16th jan 2020. Now, dispaly disappeared and only sound is coming. I registered complain on 29th of july 2020. Till yet no response came. Now after several followup they have come for replacement and asking for etc charges.
            Pls help me in getting replacement free of cost or get back my money.

              मेरा led tv screen pichar display नही हो रहा हैं, मैने 14/8/2020 को complat की थी, but आज तक किसी panasonic care का कोई फोन नही आया???

              आज फिर मैने complate रजिस्टर की हैं. और मुझे 48 घंटा याने दो + दो चार दिन रुक ना पडेगा क्या??
              प्रॉब्लेम सॉल करणे मे 7-8 दिन लगते है प्रोडक खरीदने के लिए कितना दिन लगाना चाहिए,???

                This is very unfortunate that we have made a complaint that picture and voice is not coming and completely blank on 21st jul 2020 vide reference no # r[protected], but it has not been close till date.

                Just want to update a complete story which was made by your service team:-

                You engineer visited on 22nd july 2020 at my home to check the panasonic led and charged us rs. 590/- for his visiting charges and tell us that part will be repair of our led which has cost rs. 2700/-.

                I gave him go ahead and said that once you replace part then i would pay complete 3290/- but he hasn’t accept that and want his visiting charges on immediate basis otherwise he will not be able to lock my complain for part. I just paid him to get it replace. After 5 days i just made him call then he said part awaited from his side once part will received by him then after he will replace the part.

                Since then i just made follow-up but nobody is responded and when they responded couple of days before then they said part is not there in the pan india stock of panasonic and they will not be able to replace it.

                Now my tv is in dead condition, i just trust on this brand and buy tv 3.7 years back by understanding that it is very good japanese brand and after sales service would be excellent. Now by feeling personal experience with panasonic, i am feeling very helpless and looks like it is fraud made by this company to me. If they have a part problem then why they are selling their product in the market without telling the truth and why they are telling that led which we buying is just use and through and there will not be any after sale service of it.

                I completely exhausted by making follow up with panasonic service team and it looks they just made fraud to me, so i decide to send a written complain before going to consumer court as i just request you to repair my tv but i am not able to get that. So please let me know the reason to wait and avoid consumer court.

                    Hi Sir/Mam,

                    I am Ankit Bhutoria from Jaipur. I am directly reaching you out since i had no support from dealer (who sold me) and panasonic service team

                    I bought a Panasonic TV (PANASONIC TH-43FS630D) 43 Inch LED in Jan 2019 from Great Eastern Retail Pvt Ltd. At the time of purchase, we were informed that Television comes with a warranty of 2 years.

                    In Aug 2020 the TV suddenly went off and on Panasonic technician being called, he said that the motherboard has some issues and it has to be replaced chargeable (7500 approx.)

                    Why we need to pay since the TV Is in warranty.

                    Will request for a call back on [protected] on an urgent basis.

                    This is very unethical on part of Panasonic team to ask for charges in warranty and above all how can a trusted brand like Panasonic provide products of such a law quality which gets defected in just 1.5 years of sale

                    I hope you will make sure the customer does not regret buying a panasonic TV.

                      I purchased one 190 ltr refrigerator of panasonic, in less than a year, its plastic selves started cracking and by one more year all the door selves got cracked. The reply i am getting since 2014 is this refrigerator model is not in production and parts are not available. Why the parts are not available? And why they sold products for which there was no service after sales? They have refused to give parts and refrigerator is useless without selves. I am asking to replace a refrigerator or compensate for the refrigerator and mental harassment.

                            I bought panasonic inverter ac on liquidation sale dated 01/06/2020, when the piece was delivered and opened there was a physical damage on the outer body of the inner unit, yet we agreed to install it when assured that it will be replaced within 3 days. After installing, on 08/06/2020 we did not find any cooling effect. We lodged a complaint to the concerned person whom we got to know about the liquidation sale and he is one of panasonic area manager. Due to the lock down the person told us that he will send the technician to look after the problem after the lock down. The technician came on 29/06/2020 telling that ac was completely defective and the same was informed to the area manager. From then on wards the issue is prolonging till date convincing us for the service of the complete unit, whereas we are demanding replacement of the unit. But the concerned people are insisting us repeatedly for the service of the unit sending different technicians to solve the issue.in our regard we are strongly insisting them to replace the unit, since the problem was escalated within a week. Kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue as early as possible.

                                  Mera naam jatinder kumar ha . ma ludhiana (Punjab) ka rehne walal hun. maine 30 july 2018 ko panasonic ka 1.5 ton inverter split ac purchase kiya jiski cost 39150 thi. after 10 months maine ac ki free wet service karwai. wet service karwane ke ek din baad ac ki display pe H25 error code show hone lag geya.H25 Error code means ac ka air filter ya PCB kharab hona . maine iske regarding panasonic customer care ko complaint ki after 24 hours service engineer aa gaye . pehle toh kisi ko kuch pata nahi chela ki ac mein problem kya ha. near about 1 month lag geya panasonic ke engineers ko problem solve karne mein. Jinko 1 month lag geya problem solve karne mein unhone kya ac benaya hoga waah panasonic.10 baar ac ko khola & band kiya. ac ki body dheeli ho gayi . ac ko on karne pe ac ki body awaaz karne lag gayi. humne panasonic ke Mr. Manmeet singh service head, Mr. Sukhraaj Singh & Mr. Manjeet singh ludhiana panasonic Service center head. se kaha ki hemara ac change kar ke diya jaaye. unhone ac ki 6 months ki warranty extend karwa di aur kaha ki hemari garranty hai ki ac mein next time se h25 wali problem nahi aayegi. & then 10/07/2020 ko humne dobara wet service karwai jo ki paid thi Rs.500/- jo ki surinder naam ke larke ne ki thi. 12/07/2020 ko H25 error code ki problem dobara aa gayi. maine panasonic walo ko call ki unhone kaha ki Rs. 400 charges for engineer visit & 6000 charges for this H25 Problem solving charges. Tell me panasonic isme hemari kya galti ha jo hum Rs - 6, 000 Pay kare . Iska matlab toh ye hua ki har season hume wet service ke baad H25 Error code wali problem bhi solve karwani padegi jiske Charges Rs.6000/- hai. panasonic walo ne hume defective piece de diya hain. first time jab problem aayi thi tab bhi humne kaha hi hemara ac change kar diya jaaye. fir Mr. Manmeet singh g ki humne baat maan li thi ki next tym se koi problem nahi aayegi. but again after service problem aa gayi. Means ke AC Unit mein hi problem hain .Panasonic walo ne hume defective piece de diya. so i request you to change my indoor ac unit. Maine apna Ac repair nahi karwana . Panasonic wale mera Indoor Ac unit change kar ke de.. panasonic ki ek washing machine bhi purchase ki thi maine jo ki next day hi kharab ho gayi & usko change kar ke diya fir panasonic ne. Means ke itne bekar products hote hain panasonic ke.

                                  Dear Panasonic change my indoor ac unit . because ye H25 problem next wet service mein bhi aa sakti ha . Ma har season apko Request nahi kar sakta. Mera AC Unit Change Kijiye. Panasonic Apne Mujhe Defective AC Unit diya. Change kar dijiye ma bahut pareshaan aa chuka panasonic ka ac purchase karke.
