I bought panasonic inverter ac on liquidation sale dated 01/06/2020, when the piece was delivered and opened there was a physical damage on the outer body of the inner unit, yet we agreed to install it when assured that it will be replaced within 3 days. After installing, on 08/06/2020 we did not find any cooling effect. We lodged a complaint to the concerned person whom we got to know about the liquidation sale and he is one of panasonic area manager. Due to the lock down the person told us that he will send the technician to look after the problem after the lock down. The technician came on 29/06/2020 telling that ac was completely defective and the same was informed to the area manager. From then on wards the issue is prolonging till date convincing us for the service of the complete unit, whereas we are demanding replacement of the unit. But the concerned people are insisting us repeatedly for the service of the unit sending different technicians to solve the issue.in our regard we are strongly insisting them to replace the unit, since the problem was escalated within a week. Kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue as early as possible.

        Mera naam jatinder kumar ha . ma ludhiana (Punjab) ka rehne walal hun. maine 30 july 2018 ko panasonic ka 1.5 ton inverter split ac purchase kiya jiski cost 39150 thi. after 10 months maine ac ki free wet service karwai. wet service karwane ke ek din baad ac ki display pe H25 error code show hone lag geya.H25 Error code means ac ka air filter ya PCB kharab hona . maine iske regarding panasonic customer care ko complaint ki after 24 hours service engineer aa gaye . pehle toh kisi ko kuch pata nahi chela ki ac mein problem kya ha. near about 1 month lag geya panasonic ke engineers ko problem solve karne mein. Jinko 1 month lag geya problem solve karne mein unhone kya ac benaya hoga waah panasonic.10 baar ac ko khola & band kiya. ac ki body dheeli ho gayi . ac ko on karne pe ac ki body awaaz karne lag gayi. humne panasonic ke Mr. Manmeet singh service head, Mr. Sukhraaj Singh & Mr. Manjeet singh ludhiana panasonic Service center head. se kaha ki hemara ac change kar ke diya jaaye. unhone ac ki 6 months ki warranty extend karwa di aur kaha ki hemari garranty hai ki ac mein next time se h25 wali problem nahi aayegi. & then 10/07/2020 ko humne dobara wet service karwai jo ki paid thi Rs.500/- jo ki surinder naam ke larke ne ki thi. 12/07/2020 ko H25 error code ki problem dobara aa gayi. maine panasonic walo ko call ki unhone kaha ki Rs. 400 charges for engineer visit & 6000 charges for this H25 Problem solving charges. Tell me panasonic isme hemari kya galti ha jo hum Rs - 6, 000 Pay kare . Iska matlab toh ye hua ki har season hume wet service ke baad H25 Error code wali problem bhi solve karwani padegi jiske Charges Rs.6000/- hai. panasonic walo ne hume defective piece de diya hain. first time jab problem aayi thi tab bhi humne kaha hi hemara ac change kar diya jaaye. fir Mr. Manmeet singh g ki humne baat maan li thi ki next tym se koi problem nahi aayegi. but again after service problem aa gayi. Means ke AC Unit mein hi problem hain .Panasonic walo ne hume defective piece de diya. so i request you to change my indoor ac unit. Maine apna Ac repair nahi karwana . Panasonic wale mera Indoor Ac unit change kar ke de.. panasonic ki ek washing machine bhi purchase ki thi maine jo ki next day hi kharab ho gayi & usko change kar ke diya fir panasonic ne. Means ke itne bekar products hote hain panasonic ke.

        Dear Panasonic change my indoor ac unit . because ye H25 problem next wet service mein bhi aa sakti ha . Ma har season apko Request nahi kar sakta. Mera AC Unit Change Kijiye. Panasonic Apne Mujhe Defective AC Unit diya. Change kar dijiye ma bahut pareshaan aa chuka panasonic ka ac purchase karke.

            Water condensation in the vegetable basket.
            Mr. Anbu contact no. +91 [protected] attended the complaint on 20th may 2020 but could not figure out the problem. He took many pictures and forwarded to his higher ups.
            On 11th june 2020 got message from your service centre that your complaint r[protected] is pending due to unavailability of part.
            Then your technician came sometime on 25th june with the part and replaced but one more part, i. E. Gasket was not available so that was not replaced.
            Till this time i. E. As on 7th july 2020 the problem still remains un-resolved and vegetables in the basket are getting rotten due to moisture.
            Never expected this kind of service and treatment from panasonic

              Hii service man gautam tiwari came to us for washing machine service and he charged rs 3500 for that. At that time it was starting but again the problem started happening so we called him he told will come but he didn't came and from 7 days we are calling him but he is not coming and now not answering out call also.

                I purchased refrigerator model no. Nr-a196ltsp in the year 2014. After one year of service, its plastic trays started cracking. We raised complaint in 2015 after almost 10th months of service. The reply i got was we have no components available. I kept waiting for their response and some more trays cracked. Again complaint was raised and answer was same we have no components available. Since 2017 i am pursuing with panasonic customer helpline for resolution finally in 2029 all the trays cracked and broke down. Again a new complaint was raised in feb-2020 and then ion may 2020, reference no. R[protected] and received a reply from helpline as well as from their authorised service station m/s m. S. Services, gurugram, where they have declined to provide us the parts as this fridge is not into production.
                I request to ask panasonic india to arrange one new fridge, since they could not provide service to their product immediately after-sales.

                  Panasonic inverter ac is not working i try it on auto mode nano mode but its not working try to clean jaali but not cooling. We need your help because it's hot whether you can see. I m. Wakeup from 10. 00 pm to 5.25 am. Means till now so i request you please send your executive officer and engineers i think its a. C want service and gass. So plz send your experts for the same. My special request, *due to covid19 plz advise the your engineers for wear mask n95 and gloves for the protection of all and both sides*.*thanks a lot

                    Hi team,

                    We had bought panasonic mixer grinder from pai international on 7th july 2015. It is under warranty. But tried multiple times on panasonic customer care, but everytime got wrong numbers. They are not solving my issue. Please help

                      I bought this panasonic air cooler in april 2016.. Condition of ac is good for first 2 years.. Suddenly we found out the leakage from the tube and the timer was automatically switched on.. So we did service in urban club.. Then it was working only for 2 months again the same problem has occured. So we serviced again after 2 months same problem is going on.. We are spending lot of money for this panasonic air conditioner from the time of purchase.. We got more struggle by using this ac. We are not satisfied with this panasonic ac.

                        I have purchased one unit panasonic 1.5 ton inverter airconditioner model no. Ku18wkyxf on 16/05/2020 from reliance retail limited no. Pc 10 & 11, kambar salai west mogappair, chennai - 600 037.

                        On 20/05/2020 the aircondition was installed by reliance retail limited mechanic but the remote control was not working.

                        And i have rise an complaint to reliance retail limited they have sent panasonic mechanic.

                        The mechanic take out the remote control for replacement purpose on 28/05/2020 but still now i didn't get the remote control

                        I have sending here with the copy of airconditioner tax invoice no.[protected] dt 16/05/2020 and payment reference no.[protected]

                        And this is my third complaint still now the complaint not resolved

                            I brought a panasonic refrigerator model number nr ah 183ms1n and its compressor stopped working and i complained to panasonic customer service and now they are telling me that part is not available for the model try local market. Worst experience ever.

                              I am highly disappointed with your services and your employees behavior, from last 10 days i am continue follow up with your team that my tv is not working but no one is giving right solution, some of your employees are saying this model is discontinued and they have no option to change the part, as per them parts are not available in market,.

                                        Earlier had complained 2 years / 1 year ago the same were replaced one at cost
                                        Though i read warranty of 10 years & the redeveloped building was occupied in 2016 several switches around 8 to 10 were replaced buying from market till we come across a vendor 2 years ago to approach the company
                                        Already you may refer to my complaints as recorded earlier
                                        Also sent Whatsup to Vijay Jadhav
                                        But regret no response also unable to complain on toll free being passing through covid pandemic
                                        Please send urgently to replace 2 bathroom geyser switch
