I purchased refrigerator model no. Nr-a196ltsp in the year 2014. After one year of service, its plastic trays started cracking. We raised complaint in 2015 after almost 10th months of service. The reply i got was we have no components available. I kept waiting for their response and some more trays cracked. Again complaint was raised and answer was same we have no components available. Since 2017 i am pursuing with panasonic customer helpline...

Panasonic inverter ac is not working i try it on auto mode nano mode but its not working try to clean jaali but not cooling. We need your help because it's hot whether you can see. I m. On 20/05/2020 the aircondition was installed by reliance retail limited mechanic but the remote control was not working.

And i have rise an complaint to reliance retail limited they have sent panasonic mechanic.

I brought a panasonic refrigerator model number nr ah 183ms1n and its compressor stopped working and i complained to panasonic customer service and now they are telling me that part is not available for the model try local market. Worst experience ever....

I am highly disappointed with your services and your employees behavior, from last 10 days i am continue follow up with your team that my tv is not working but no one is giving right solution, some of your employees are saying this model is discontinued and they have no option to change the part, as per them parts are not available in market,.

I purchased a panasonic refrigerator on 13th august from city center mall in nashik.
My refrigerator has been closed for a long time. It doesn't trun on.

Earlier had complained 2 years / 1 year ago the same were replaced one at cost
Though i read warranty of 10 years & the redeveloped building was occupied in 2016 several switches around 8 to 10 were replaced buying from market till we come across a vendor 2 years ago to approach the company

We bought a panasonic window 1.5 ac in feb & got it install in the month of march 2020.
The remote is providing issue during on & off.
Kindly assist for the same...

I think its fuse has been broken or start button do not work.. Kindly sent a person to fix this problem to my doorstep...

The machine is mal functioning and some automatic operations are not performing. We have to do lot of manual interventions to complete the washing of cloths which is taking lot of time....

Causing damages to clothes...

As per product promotions, need service in one month of purchase......
