I purchased refrigerator model no. Nr-a196ltsp in the year 2014. After one year of service, its plastic trays started cracking. We raised complaint in 2015 after almost 10th months of service. The reply i got was we have no components available. I kept waiting for their response and some more trays cracked. Again complaint was raised and answer was same we have no components available. Since 2017 i am pursuing with panasonic customer helpline for resolution finally in 2029 all the trays cracked and broke down. Again a new complaint was raised in feb-2020 and then ion may 2020, reference no. R[protected] and received a reply from helpline as well as from their authorised service station m/s m. S. Services, gurugram, where they have declined to provide us the parts as this fridge is not into production.
I request to ask panasonic india to arrange one new fridge, since they could not provide service to their product immediately after-sales.
