Panasonic Mobile India — Eluga ray max : gorilla glass 3 is broken

Sir, I purchased Panasonic eluga ray max from flip kart on April 30th. Now after 13 days it fell down from my pocket and Glass is broken. I contacted customer Care via phone and I was told it would be changed free of cost at service center. Service center refused to do so. Again I contacted customer care and I got reply that Glass can't replaced Free of cost. So, what is the Truth? What is the befits to have a phone with gorilla Glass 3? I mean their should be norms for the Glass. Some Indian companies offer Free replacement in such cases. I want true story.
