Pancard Clubs — complaint about non refund of road investment & fixed deposit

I have invested Rs. 1000/- each for three years, additionally fixed deposit of 10, 000/- for six year,

But still not received any maturity payment, even I am struggling with my Agent who is taking follow up with PAN card club but unfortunately now this matter is in court & waiting for court decision,

Please advise how to get my refund
