Pancard Clubs — Maturity cheque bounced

Hi Consumer Complaint Forum, I am an investor for this PAN CARD CLUB Group, My policy got matured in May 15 but Pan Club gave me cheque for the month of October 15 which is 4-5 month later, now when i deposite my cheque it got bounced. Pan club dont have sufficient fund to give maturity amount to investors. Could you pls sugget further course of action to take on Pan Club. Thanks Manjiri
