Pancard Clubs — shall we get refund amount from company?

I invested 60000 rs in pancards clubs india in monthly investment plan. Plan was 5years and i started lnvestment in 2013. But ln middle years i heard company (Pancard club india) has some issues and problems regarding company plans and sebi has put jammer to compani opretios and matter is in court. So i stop investing currently. Sir now i am afraid what now and what next. Court said company will refund all investors money by selling their properties. Now my situation is that i am totally confuse and i don't understand shall i got back my investment? How and when? I don't want any interest. Sir can government put some interest in this matter? Sir mera policy 2015 se matured hua hai or mujhe 28561/- ka ak blank check mila ta 2016 but no balance. Mai agent se bola wo bola mujhe pata nehi, agent name shisibhusan acharya from jajpur odisha . Avi tak mera amount nehi mila. Please sir help me manas my mob. No-[protected]. Please sir from odisha presently served at mumbai
