Panind — amount get deducted from account without confirmation receipts

Dear sir,

On 5th sep 2019, around 11.15 am applied for online pan correction form while processing the fill form & make payment step after making payment received message from web site due to technical problem the payment is failed but the same amount get debited from my account.

Though still not received confirmation from pan ind and the form is also not processed. Kindly check the same return the amount in my account i. E. Rs. 499/-

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
