[Resolved] Panind — application form not received after making payment | |||
I had applied for a new pan card as my previous card was damaged. However after filling all the details and making the payments, i did not get the application form on my email and there is no response from the customer care. Apr 6, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Panind customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 02, 2020 Panind Customer Care's response We already send application form on your register mail ID. As soon as we receive your application (hard copy) our team will look into it and process it.

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

Just tell me how long it will be till when I get the Pan card. My work has stalled. You are saying that today will be tomorrow, not even picking up the phone.Please let me know soon I request you. If you do it online as soon as you come online, you are not even taking calls.Oh sir how many days now do I have to wait for my card. Whether it is going to get Your call is not even taken for how many months it has been I now think your side is a throw.
