[Resolved] Panind — applied for cancellation of application, they are not replying also not picking up the calls | |||
I've applied for the pan card but came to know that they take a lot of time to give the pan card and also they are charing a lot of amounts, so i read the cancellation policy and in the policy, it is written that you can apply for cancellation within 3 days from the application. I tried to contact the support mail of the pan ind but they are not replying back, also not picking my calls, can anyone help me out and suggest me how to take my refund back and cancel my application. I've applied for the pan card from panind and after completing all the documents formalities and paying 500rs as well which i later came to know was way high you have not spoken back to me. Now it's been a month and still nothing has been done. You guys are fraud.

I was charged rs 500 for my pan card application whereas the fees was only rs 100 when i checked the official income tax site so the least i want is my application to be cancelled and a full refund of my fees i.e. rs 500 my order no. is TU-[protected]N
Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
