Panind — cancel my order and want my refund back

I have request for a pan card and paid the amount rs.499. Sir i dont want to contine the further clearance for the pan card. So i cant sent my documents by the postal. So i want to refund my money back. Sir my order id: an-[protected]n. And my payment id: [protected]. So i am requesting to cancel my order and i am requesting for my cash refund.
