Panind — cancel my pan application and refund my payment

Updated by Vvvggg It's been much much more than a yr and I had literally forgotten about this complaint. Like the usual complaints, my complaint should have been addressed much earlier.
But I am still requesting the company to refund my full money. The application didn't get processed at all and I have been charged ₹499 for a PAN card issued by government of India.
I didn't even receive the Pan card after this application.
I had to separately apply for it on the website of nsdl and pay about ₹110 on that site.
My ₹499 should be refunded asap as it has been more than 1 full yr.

Updated by Vvvggg Mark my complaint as urgent as you should have responded to this complaint much much earlier...Charging more than the government for the services provided by the government is known as a fraud. And if your company is not a fraud then you should refund the full amount.
My registered email id, order id, payment id...all are clearly visible in the screenshot attached by me.
