Panind — cancellation of my pan card registration and refund of my debited amount.

I have applied for pan card from pan ind website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around 390/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and enquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there is no option to cancel at all!
I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

Me srikanth .T and I have applied pancard but it's status was not found 1month over but there is no reply and I want my pancard or otherwise I want my money refund I paid extra money but I did not received my pancard or at least I didnot got my application status can't understand that website is real or fake

I applied for duplicate pan card actually on 16/10/2019 because i lost my original.but fortunatly i found it a day before today.so there is no need of duplicate pan card.so i want my money 499/- back which i spent on the time of application.
