This is Gaffar
I have applied for a pan card through panind sir and I have paid money. To them with ATM card and they had given me a booking id and payment id sir so again I had found my missed pan card sir so I have forwarded a mail to panind company sir but they don't respond to my mail and I had called them several times sir but they won't give reply to me sir so please take a severior action among them and help me in getting my money back sir and I have provided my booking id and payment id in the below image sir

I have filled details correctly about my lost pan card.The application form sended me on gmail has mistakes in my surname and my transaction money was 499.they had cheated us and money was much more the money required is 100-200 rs tum log chor ho

To create a new pan card ot costs 109rs and PANIND had took 499rs .
This PANIND portal is not the official website and the customer care is not responing as per the instrications
So I request to refund the amount.
And the service quality is poor.
