Panind — delay in processing of pan card | |||
I had applied for my pan card more than 2 weeks ago and am in dire need of my pan number as soon as possible. Even the contact number is not working and the contact email id that has been provided on the website gives the same auto-reply mail again and again. Because of this, i have applied elsewhere and would like my refund of 499 as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
