Panind — duplicate pan card not received even after 7 months of applying | |
I had applied for correction of pan card almost 7 months back (Orderid - ma-[protected]lo), but till now i have not received my corrected pan card. Even after submitting all the documents and following up multiple times through emails (Since they could not be contacted through phone), they have not yet responded neither they have refunded my amount deposited for the same. Kindly get the issue resolved at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
