[Resolved] Panind — high cost of correction in pan and not refunding money | |||
Hi I have applied for the correction in my PAN card and they have charged me 499/- wherein on actual NSDL site they are charging 110/- Further, i have applied on 15th Feb and put the cancellation of Request on same day however they have replied me on email that i will be getting partial refund not full refund. (As per them i have requested for refund after 3 days whereas i have requested on same day) Their phone lines never active it always gives engage tone. Was this information helpful? | |||

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
