Panind — I tried to contact them to cancel the order but can't reach them | |
I paid the amount for new pan card number and now i want to cancel the order and get refund, i tried to contact them but not getting them online. Poor customer support and they said refund of payment with in 3 days will be entertained and i tried to contact them after 1 day and still not getting them online. The charge for applying pan card is also high. I need to get refund and cancel the order. How can i contact them faster and let them know about it and i need refund

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
