Panind — not responding

Address:NO.5, 7TH STREET NEAR, VAISHNAVI NAGAR MAIN ROAD, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600109

I have applied for a duplicate pan card on 2nd april by courier with required documents to panind by paying rs.499... They told to resend all documents again.. So i again applied to panind again by paying rs 499 with necessary documents.. Though twice applied for duplicate issue of pancard till now no messages were confirmed through mail nor they have called me.. Their toll free number doesn't work... I need a solution for this... If not kindly refund my money of rs.499+499..

Updated by [email protected] I don't want pan card...again and again simply asking for proofs...I have submitted all the proofs I have...now fedup of providing all proofs..I need refund of rs.998..twice applied with all proofs...need refund
