Panind — pan card application cancellation and refund | |
I lost my pan card and applied for a replacement at panind on 17th august. Order id: si-[protected]lo During the application process i couldn't find the 'name you would like printed on card' option and thought i could fill that on the application form but i found that was filled by default. I wanted the name to be the same as on my aadhar card with initials. I wanted to ask them whether i could scratch the default name and write over it the name i want but despite my repeated attempts to contact them except for an automated message saying they are busy i got no reply on the mail. Also their contact number is temporarily out of service. And while searching for a solution i came across one of the other complaints regarding the higher cost. This combined with no contact forces me to opt for cancellation. I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid. Was this information helpful? | |

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
